Home Department, Government of Gujarat has provided this Citizen First Android Application for the benefit of Citizens to avail online services.
Citizen can do Application Registration, Senior Citizen Registration, Missing Person Registration, Stolen Property Registration, No Objection Certificate, Get FIR Copy, etc.

All the applications submitted through this Citizen First Android application are received at respective Police Station through eGujCop Project. Respective Officer at Police Station will take necessary actions for the received application and related status is then available to Citizen through this mobile app.

Home Department, Government of Gujarat has also provided a web based Citizen Portal for availing all the services available through this mobile app. Citizens can use this mobile app or the web based citizen portal to submit and track their applications.

In this new update there no option for new registration or new id. Kindly do needful and update it soon.

Wel maintained site. My experience is very good. Response time is also very fast. I use it for police tenant registration and reciving approval responce within a day or two. Previously it was very slaw but now it's upgraded to heigher speed. No adverse experience is there for it I have given heigher rating. Though no other features used yet.

OTP is not possible. Intension is good but App is worst. Wastage of time.Some menus are not working as pop-up menus are not available. Not possible to regd with all details. Before launching such app, one should check whether all menus are working or not.

Tenant registration is not working in application and site as well. " Government office wali feeling ayengi" while entering data. You will fill up all data after clearing every step and spending too much time and lastly the application will say that "there is something wrong please try again later ". No one interesting to improve this application. I wil sure that there is no single person got tenant verification by online.

Sir, It is a very good service. Still there are more points to improve like retesting the app everyday . And if possible please provide the all police station numbers and the office person names of the police station. If possible please provide the system to register the mobile phone lost application and how to check the application status. It is also requested to make system to submit the found phone or things details. Hope you will think about it. Thank you.
