Horrible app. I was forced to switch because Verizon discontinued the app I was using. 90% of the time, this app fails to send pictures. The video quality is absolutely horrible. Complete garbage app and very mad at Verizon for getting rid of the other one. Messages+ was BY FAR the best and most reliable app, please BRING IT BACK!!!

After having messages+ and having to switch to this. This is awful! I have no control over how my messages look and cannot personalize it. And that box is always at the bottom.Asking me if I want to check my email... No! If I want to check my email, I will go to my email. I would have expected a lot more from this upgrade!

Installed because Samsung messages prompted me to, BIG MISTAKE. It immediately froze up several times and wouldn't load my conversations. And there are freaking ads too, you have to pay to remove ads, that's damned ridiculous. It's really laggy and choppy. You cannot group contacts into tabs like Samsung messages. I immediately uninstalled. I'll use Whatsapp before I use this app again.

This is so dumb. Now I have to download a app for messages. Like it not giving me an option to send a picture in the app. Just texting is so laggy like if you a fast texter. Your not going to be able to see what your typing like a second later. I rather keep messing with the back up and sync then dealing with this app. Wow now we have to deal with ads will need to text people. Just fix the problem with the old one and everyone doesn't have to download this app. We paid for our phones. Screw you.

I prefer the legacy version. theme options are not appealing to me. They are too busy for my eyesight. tried to send a group text and could not load more than one contact. can see but cannot reply to some group texts. not as intuitive as the prior version. And I do not want to change to the Google version.

wow . I used this as my default in the past because it allowed me to make tabs of different groups. I had family tab. friend tab, work tab etc. also did not have ads before and allowed background customization. nothing like the old app. deleting now

This bricked my messages. I couldn't go back to my old messages. POS app. Still working with verizon to recover. If a new message comes in, I can see all my messages but if I go to my old message app now it just asks me to set default and stays on that no matter what. Thanks google. You suck.

Terrible slow to open did not remove ads after I paid for it isn't given the options that it says that is available once you pay customer service should be available there's no where in the settings to where it says anything like where I can find somebody to contact another terrible app that I'm sure you won't get any response from anybody but I will cancel my payment PayPal will know about it and they will give me my money back they are the best about that
