Garett Tracker is a free app that helps parents keep their children safe. Thanks to the simple configuration of the Garett Kids watch, you will gain access to its many features that make it easier to take care of your child. You can communicate with your child through short voice notes, text messages, and even send photos directly to the watch. In addition, the app allows you to track the location of your smartwatch on a map, setting up a GEOfence with notifications about crossing a designated area, organize your timetable and use the video chat feature. In the event of an emergency, the child can use the SOS option, which automatically connects to the dialled number.
* Improved GPS location accuracy
It is recommended to use the device in an open area to optimize the accuracy of the watch's location. In situations where the watch is in a closed room, there may be a loss of GPS signal, which is normal. In such cases, the smartwatch automatically uses the nearest mobile network transmitter, which will affect the accuracy of the location. The watch was showing completely wrong location. I raised a warranty claim as I was suspecting a HW problem. The service agreed to send me a new watch. The new watch works mutch better. On the old one when GPS signsl wasn't available it was showing a far away address or a random location. The new one shows close location when GPS signal is unavailable. The UI design of the app is awful, a lot of improvement is needed.

The most needed feature doesn't work - notifications. They are silent. I tried to give all permissions, configure notification settings, but nothing helped. I hoped to find answers in here, but found only reports of this issue from 3 years ago! Is it such a big problem to fix notifications??

this is a bigger waste of time and money than watching Netflix movies lately. GPS is a joke, no "drop-in" function either. awfuly lowres screen and very poor battery. if you let the app work in background on mobile, you can say goodbye to your phone baterry before lunch. if you guys need help with the app let me know, I have some devs available soon.

Used it with 4 watches. App keeps signing me out all the time, WON'T SIGN IN if no watch is active. And it keeps removing entries from my Devices list! Configuration, name, photo, lost just because I dared turn the watch off or had no network. Basic functions work. Sometimes.

Step tracking is quite bad, even after configuring the step size parameters. But the worst thing by far is that the app keeps logging me out everyday during the night. Then, when I wake up, if I don't remember to log in again, I'm basically disconnected and can't receive my child's messages and GPS alerts.

The app is absolutely rubbish. It does not show location within 50 meters. More like 5 km and it does not always refresh to the new location. It shows my child being the other side of town when he is next to me. Absolutely useless. And now I get this idiot below asking me to write to them and explain the issue! I have already returned the watch because it is rubbish! And so is your ability to read!

I don't know how nobody has written anything about this, but this app doesn't work, doesn't locate, nor it does even connect properly. I feel sorry for people who buy this watch, and shame on the phone providers that even sell this rubbish. If I could give 0 stars I would!

The issues we have is that you have to be logged in to get notifications. When I am logged in and close the screen it logs me out everytime. this means we don't get notifications. Yesterday my son used the SOS and I never even knew about it. Also the lotos tracker is always messed up. My son was at school and it days he took 3 km steps 10 times in 6 hours.
