Porter Service Review After dispatching, I noticed the app showed the wrong destination, but I couldn’t edit it. Customer support advised sharing my location via WhatsApp. Additionally, the vehicle number in the app didn’t match the one that arrived, causing confusion. Though the job was completed, the charge felt quite high. Porter’s app would benefit from allowing address edits and better transparency in vehicle details.

Very inefficient. Most times drivers aren't available, and we get call from customer support to try after an hour or two. Last time the map took the driver 2 kms away from the pick up location and he asked me to cancel the order cos he couldn't find the building. The porter map doesn't seem to be in sync with Google maps. Overall there seems a lot of work needed to make it seamless and bring to other app levels.

If you want to use this app for deliveries within a city, they are as good as the rest of various similar apps available. But when it comes to their Packers and Movers service, it's an entirely different story. They not only damaged my furniture and broke them, pieces of furniture went missing, rendering them unusable. So please stick to the tried-n-tested services which have been around since before Porter came onto the scene. I fell prey to their lower rates, but simply not worth the hassle.

My first experience with Porter Trucks was disappointing. The fare initially showed ₹1010 but changed to ₹1101 after the trip, though my pickup and drop addresses remained the same. The driver marked a change in address without reason. When I contacted customer support, they told me to reach out to the driver for a refund, as they couldn’t help with cash payments. The amount isn’t the main issue—your customer support is. Now, I see why people label Porter as 'Spam' on Truecaller.

Had very bad experience, yesterday I booked ride from porter app. The distance I put was 2.7km which was 63/- rs from pickup to drop location. Later the location got changed dnt know how they charged me for more then 8 kms changed me 139/-rs. They are fooling people by over charging and not ready to waive of the extra amount they have charged. No answers on emails , I have send them screenshot also. Very pathetic and bad behaviour of ther customers service. Better to use other delivery partner.

I used the Porter app, and while the app itself is user-friendly, the service is very disappointing. There's no real-time status tracking for couriers, which makes it hard to know what's happening with your package. Additionally, their customer support is practically non-existent, offering no help when issues arise. This will likely be my first and last time using the app. I would not recommend it and suggest opting for more reliable courier services instead.

I tried to book porter for some 15 kms. But I had waited for nearly 3 hours but not a single driver was assigned. I contacted customer care and they said wait for 1 hour and it will automatically cancel and you can book again. They can't manually assign the order. Porter drivers are also asking to cancel the orders if it is online payment. Very worst experience

For prepaid orders, there is no option to pay with anything but Porter Credits. And they are not transferrable back to your bank account. So if you add the money but the app fails to provide a rider or you cancel for whatever reason and the trip doesn't happen, your money is stuck with them. I love the app but this one thing is so bad. It could be thousands of rupees in case of big vehicles.
