You buy the tickets online, then you have to download the app to get into the stadium. Problem is the tickets haven't transferred to the app, so now, 2 weeks before the game and we should be excited about it, I'm wondering how I'm going to get in If every stadium made you download an app to get in, if you were a supporter who travelled to away games you'd need to download 20 or 30 apps. Just send a QR code in the email confirmation! Instead they try to make a few quid off advertising on the app

Initially very concerned when I hadn't received my tickets just before the NZ game during the 2021 Autumn Int'ls series, but since then it's been seamless. I receive my tickets easily and well in advance, and have been able to transfer to my friends easily, the process is clear and straight-forward. All you need to ensure is that your email and mobile number is consistent with the ticket order and it all works very smoothly. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that I can't see how to delete tickets I've already used - as a regular match-goer, soon I will have an app with a whole load of expired tickets. An e-ticket has no sentimental value like a paper one!

Awful idea, just send paper tickets.the app is slow and tickets are often not sent or sent extremely late.old people dont have phones, batteries don't last when having to use them as train tickets among other things. Theres far too much reliance on technology these days and it's not something most people want, especially when so much can go wrong.

"Download the Principality Stadium App for a unique ticketing delivery experience" - yes the unique experience is that you don't get your tickets!! Received notification that tickets had been issued on 19th Oct; it's now 28th October, 2 days before the match and I still don't have the tickets, despite numerous calls and emails. I feel I should charge the time I've wasted trying to resolve this to these clowns.

Help match on today and still no tickets on app, my phone number and email are registered on app. I have purchase emails etc from wru and a digital ticketing email. But still no tickets. No idea how we gonna get in. What a total shambles. App useless. No way of contact box office phone line closed just says go yo faq online but can't find an answer. Panicking now cos it may ruin a day out that's been organised since last November.

Classic example of going tech for the sake of it. It's probably our age but this has drawn the line on over 40 years of going to internationals. TV for me from now on. The WRU does not understand that they are charging premium prices and customers expect good service. App poor, customer support even poorer and transfer a pain.

Haven't been able to get my tickets on this app despite buying them in October. Can't now attend, so try to sell via the wru ticket exchange for a fraction of the cost, tickets are sold but I can't transfer them because I still don't have them in the app. You had the whole of 2 years lockdowns to get this right. It's pathetic

- I bought tickets for an event using one of my email addresses - The tickets require this principality app. -To use the app I need to enter my mobile number - that number is registered to another principality account using a different email of mine. - I can't change my email of the first account to the other at all. - so.. I cannot access my tickets. 👍 I'm surely not the only person with 2 email addresses on occasions?
