The very reason this app is needed is made useless by poor functionality and the inability to see what is coming into our message inboxes correctly. Images don't load, or always say they aren't found. Calls cannot be suppressed without stopping the call from reaching the end line. This is a good idea that has been crapped on by the developer.

Something went wrong... try again later. If this problem persists, call 611 & report error...... There. I saved your time. Also you can't block nuisance callers or sync your contacts. Pretty weak. Every version of this app sucks. Sadly, it's the only option I have for my business line until my fledgling company gets some air under its wings so I can shop around for a more honest carrier than T-Mobile

Messages don't come through in a timely manner. notifications are sporadic. you can't like a message. attachments to/from messages fail to load. You can't add a contact from messages. I could go on and on, but you get the gest of it. And on top of it all, there hasn't been a single update to the app! Come on, man! YOU'RE T MOBILE! Act like it!

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. This app is so broken it's entirely unusable. They disabled the 'report a problem' button because it seems they're just not even trying anymore to fix all of the many, many bugs. Messages sync or don't sync at random. The 'do not disturb' function no longer works and indeed will disturb you. After 2 years of things somehow getting exponentially worse, it's time to give up and uninstall, which is a shame because at one time this was an incredibly helpful app.

this app lacks a lot of useful features. there is no caller ID. there is no way to block calls. most of the calls that come in are marked as scam likely and you see no phone numbers at all. would you attempt to view any kind of phone numbers you're automatically calling that number back which is not desirable. it is clear to me that T-Mobile wants us to buy SIM card and pay for an additional line and situations like this. Fair enough but this app is just absolutely worthless.

Most of the time it works sometimes it doesn't. It's not very reliable. The interface in general can use an update (for instance can't hold down on call log to send a text or see call history. If you touch contact it instantly initiates the call. The only way is to press on the exclamation point which is very picky)

Never have I spent so much time getting a service to work that works so poorly. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with tmobile over many sessions just trying to set this up properly. Then once the line is active, it has great delay in incoming texts and calls and it is difficult to import contacts properly. Additionally, sent texts do not sync between devices. Finally they began charging for this advertised free service after directly assuring me they would not.
