I appreciate the Times of India e-paper for easy access to news, but navigating between pages could be improved. Currently, when reading an article, there’s no option at the bottom to go to the next page, so I have to scroll back up and go back before moving to the next page. Adding a simple 'Next Page' button at the bottom would make the reading experience much smoother. Hope this can be considered in future updates

For the free readers you keep on bombarding with ads and "advantages of joining the paid app." So much so that you don't even allow an article or a news clip to be read uninterrupted. I read your stories since a very long time in the media. I had expected better reading on your app. Sorry to see your lack of concern for the readers. I shall continue to read your news stories and analyses on other media, not the app. I quit.

I wanted to upgrade my subscription from TOI+ to TOI premium with ET prime and app doesn't let me do it i get something went wrong again and again. Even wrote to support but no response. Now stuck with the subscription for a year.

The app has zero regards for customer choices. They allow you to organise tabs and news as per your preferences but then insert new tabs as per their wishes. They send out newsletters by email for which the unsubscribe button doesn't work! They will allow you to stop notifications but only for a max of 30 days. You get to decide but they get to override! The app team spoils an otherwise great news source. Latest update: lesser options for readers to customise. No respect for customer choices.

TOI is the only English News App, which I used to read. Tried many similar Apps but after a while deleted them. Because, if you get everything you want which is presented in a better way you don't want your phone to be cluttered. Also, barring few exceptions the App maintains a balanced approach unlike many others.

There's this new thing you guys have thrust upon us now. Half way through reading an article, a notification, totally unwanted, unnecessary, and extremely intrusive slides upwards from the bottom, and exactly at the same place from where one is scrolling up. Now, the next article replaces the one you are reading. I mean, REALLY, what purpose could this possibly serve? One will get to the next article if one wants to, EASILY. Plus, this dark theme doesn't apply to this, so at night, this hurts!

Should get a MINUS. But no option and hence 1 star. Very poor. Even after having a paid subscription, the app keeps popping up ads to subscribe for premium. Very poor app development. Surely will not continue or suggest others. It after my last review. Again I see ads pop up for Diwali offer while my subscription is till May 2025. Pathetic service and unethical practice.

There is something so hilarious about a news app asking you to subscribe for premium articles and restricting access to a lost of stories. The pop-up ads and videos are extremely irritating, this whole fiasco makes the experience awful regardless of how good the content of the writing is.
