Oven is excellent, meals are good and the app works well for me and my wife. We always pick our meals easily through the app and it works great at letting us know when the food is done too. Only one thing I do wish the app had would be if we could mark each meal with a note in our order to indicate who it was for. Sometimes we forget who got what once the order arrives and it would be nice to see it in the past orders. Please and thanks in advance for a really great app and customer service too.

App does not like Android devices. The app for iPhone worked perfectly well for my wife's phone but I could not manage to connect my Samsung to the oven. I can at least still manage my subscription through the app but as far as taking advantage of the additional cooking features from the app that I was interested in I just have to hope she's around with her iPhone until this app gets reworked for better Android optimization.

Should obviously allow Rating of Add-ons. For easier access, the Current order should not be moved to Past Orders. Again, we should be able to comment on both good and bad meals in order to provide suggestions/requests without providing a negative rating. And we should be allowed to view our comments later. There should be a way to start the oven cooking from the app - otherwise, I should be able to program the oven to start at a specific time or period.

Works but far from flawlessly... Sometimes crashes while ordering and loses your order completely. It connects fine with the oven but is clearly not optimised as scrolling even a small amount is terrible and jittery. Lots of room for improvement

I am inundated with notifications. Even though there is a setting for it, I cannot disable the notification website the toaster is done. It's absurd that I have a notification each time anyone in my home toasts food. It seems so poorly thought out and obviously designed to collect data. I skip weeks all the time and there is no way to disable the typeform pop up when you do. The oven is great. I wish the app was optional

Exceeded Expectations! It has been about a month and EVERYTHING has been amazing. Even when I forget to place an order or skip a week, the meals with the auto send has been great. Which is a bonus because I'm picky with certain veggies. Overall, top notch from simplicity down to price. App could use a little work in terms of user friendliness. But overall, highly recommend.

I am a handicapped person. This app has allowed me and the food it delivers have allowed me to finally be able to cook for myself and all the meals are delicious. My one issue with this app is the fact that I'm considering going vegan or vegetarian and it doesn't have a specific menu for that and it only has maybe one or two meals that would be like that on the menu every once in awhile. Other than that, I enjoyed this app very much

The best....I enjoy the meals they are delicous and very filling. My favorite i can cook items i would normally cook in my large oven. I have cooked a tenderloin roast. It was perfect. You can use your own recipes. They do offer recipes on the app. I have tried they are good too. You can use your own cookware in the oven if it fits. I have bought grocery items,was able to scan the barcode and cook that way too. This oven is versatile. I love the options. The plan is really nice. 5 stars. Worth !
