it's a very good app, easy to understand and practical. i would love to have the opportunity to put jobs where you assigned for in own folders or categories. in addition sometimes the app is overloaded. especially if a job has many timesheets. all in all i can strongly recommend the app.

Helps plenty to know whats going, where the job is, what needs done, customers details and times that are convenient for them etc etc Top app for tradesmen trying to simplify communication but make sure that all the important information is getting across 👍

I have both the iPhone X and a Samsung S10. The experience is better on Android, only because when I'm choosing the date for a job, I can see the entire calendar, as opposed to the iPhone (iOS version) where it is in a scroll format (so I can't tell what the day of that date is). 4 stars, because I can't do anything with recurring invoices (which I need, but can only work with them from a desktop)

The software does do everything it says, but not well. There are so many bugs with the text box section. You cannot copy and past sections without serious formatting changes, text size and style changes constantly another automation issues. With the latest price increase, it is not value for money. With every update of their software, other bugs start popping up. No phone support which is terrible since we had a problem invoicing clients and it took 2 days over email to fix it. We will be leaving

The potential is amazing, but the whole interface needs a complete overhaul. It's cumbersome, confusing. Lots of options but when a lot of them are not needed it would be nice to be able to turn these features off in settings so you can streamline the app to your companies individual needs. A simple interface similar to invoice to go would have me jumping for joy but until then I guess it's back to Microsoft to do custom lists and folders to keep tabs of jobs and staff

Its heading in the right direction but I find myself doubting how realible it is. There is no auto-save which has caught me out on numerous occasions. UPDATE I have now been using this app for around a year and although there has been a lot of improvements these have come with numerous bugs. On average I have to close and reopen the app 5-10 times a day. very fustrating.

I cant justify $40 per month for something that needs polishing.. (Its not easy to find out the price at the end of the trial period but there it is.) Yes it's all there.. If you have all day to spend putting in the info in all those different places... I couldn't find the button to account for "time wasted mucking about with the app" but I'm sure it's there. LOL

Their support has been fantastic. The program continues to get better the more I get used to using it.
