Dodgy. I never know if my aids will have a Bluetooth connection or not. It seems to be hit or miss. The app icon went from something recognizable to a colored dot. Observable battery drain is tolerable only because my phone has/had great battery life. UPDATE: I see the developer has left a response containg a long URL to contact them. Unfortunately that link is neither clickable nor copy-able, which means I would have to hand copy it on paper, then hand type it into a browser. Brilliant!

I previously had Beltone hearing aids with their app. While I like my new hearing aids the app is missing useful features. Beltone's app had an option to create or tweak a program and then save it. It's annoying when one a programmed setting isn't quite right, you customize it yourself , and then have no way to save your settings. Especially true since the focusing option isn't available when you go to a programmed setting. The app is the difference between these and OTCs so please improve app.

It works fine-----when it works. shuts down when it feels like it while streaming sound frkm TV and forces a complete restart. restart phone ((S-25 Ultra), restart hearing aids, and maybe get it to work for another hour or so. when one pays several thousand for hearing aids you'd think the manufacturer would see to it an app that's supposed to work with their product does so reliably. I've been told that their product works flawlessly with i-phones which are only 28% of smartphones.

It takes a long time to open. This is fairly recent, about the last 4 or 5 months. Works a bit erratically when turning the volume up or down. It worked quickly the first 2 years plus, so a bit frustrating. Something I guess we assume with electronics as things get updated and crowded with data.

Bluetooth sketchy since last software update. Say "Connecting", but already are. this app needs help! **UPDATE** I deleted the app from my phone, rebooted, and reinstalled the app from Google Play store. Reconnected the Bluetooth connection and it seems to be working good now. I changed my rating.

Overall it works well, there are times when I need to reconnect the Bluetooth and sometimes one of the hearing aided doesn't connect via Bluetooth even when it's on. It would be nice if it allowed directional preferences to favor all to the right or left - it would come in handy when I'm in the car with my wife.

not so much a hit on the app, as the decision to drop BT for my new hearing aids (the app will go either way). One of the missing features is being able to control each hearing aid volume separately -- lets me dial-down the right aid so I can nap without removing the aid. EDIT: the new hearing aids are going to be returned; the previous set works fine with this app, set to use BT.

I find the app to be limited in the options you have for settings. Also, most definitely need to add a "find my hearing aid" feature. Lost a hearing aid in the yard. Searched frantically, but since I had been working in several different areas, including gathering fern stems, I could not find it. A locator feature might have directed me to it, as the hearing aid was charged. The cost of replacement was expensive, even under warranty!
