Constantly have to reset the app. Can't ever watch a full basketball game without resetting the app. Usually just goes to a home screen. Won't connect back, so have to disconnect and then close the app. During close games it's extremely frustrating. I just want to watch the games in full. No interruption.

App is horrible. Constantly buffers and won't let me play anything. While I have the attention of the customer service rep reading this -Hey can you fix your app on the Xbox? Thanks. I don't enjoy signing in every single time I open the app -- EVERY SINGLE TIME??? And it also just shows a loading icon 90% of the time. Your app has like 1.1 stars out of 5. You are worth billions. What is going on over there? No wonder we're losing NBA on TNT. Here again. FIX ON XBOX

literally the worst streaming app there is. i use it to stream through my chromcast and it cuts out every 5 minutes and i have to stop and restart it. i use multiple apps for the same thing such as discovery channel, a & e, history channel, and many more. none of the other apps give me trouble. just tnt...... literallt a year later....still not fixed. I watch games on every other app. No problem. Tnt, every problem you could ever imagine. I wish there was a 0 star!

Like others, having issues with chromecast. Same exact experience as one of the recent reviews. Just get the TNT logo on my TV screen. Tried the boilerplate suggestions in TNT's response but those didn't work. Clearly this is a bug within the app. Like the other review, I also have no problems casting with all my other apps. I have a Galaxy note 9 with the software and TNT app fully updated. Please fix. Thank you.

Edit from a previous review: the app will NOT load on my S10+ or my firestick; the TNT logo remains on the screen with a loading symbol under it, in perpetuity. This app has always given me problems; all I wanna do is watch the occasional basketball game. Horrible! Uninstalling and re-installing...again! I can't believe the developers for this app haven't figured out it yet; the advertisers must not care that Turner isn't providing adequate effort into getting the app working during the playoffs

This is the worst app experience in my life App crashes before it even opens. As in, we would click to open, and then immediately get an error saying the app has stopped responding. App crashes while watching the show. During the time we were watching season 1 of Snowpiercer, we literally could not get through a single episode without the app crashing somewhere between 2-10 times. There were times where we would be watching the show, suddenly the app would crash, we'd get it started back up, and then within 2 minutes it would crash again. There is no way to fast forward or rewind efficiently, and if you accidentally land on ads before you find your place, you've got to wait till the ads are over to try again. It doesn't save your spot in the show. Given how often the app crashes, this is a significant problem. There does not appear to be a search function in the app, so you can only get to the show you want by cycling through the banner ads. This is the most frustrating streaming experience I've ever had. Even Quibi at least acknowledges it's limited.

I was so excited to watch the new season of the Alienest when I downloaded the app. It freezes up with every set of commercials. I read the reviews but decided to chance it anyway. I'm extremely disappointed. I've closed the app and attempted to go back but it starts at the very beginning every time and why would there be commercials for the show I'm a actually watching within the show? I wish I had a better review but definitely be forewarned the technical issuesgave me a headache, literally.

Got this app for the NBA playoffs, and it's so bad. Constantly crashing, Disconnects from all 3 of my tvs mid stream when the phone isn't even being used, it isn't scaled for mobile properly. Hopefully they'll update the app soon, but as soon as the playoffs are over I'm uninstalling. (I'm also a tech so I've done all trouble shooting options to fix the problems. On the app, phones and with the TVs. Its the app)
