Do NOT purchase eSIM They did NOT send any confirmation of payment or service, however the transaction appears on my credit card. They are UNABLE to provide a QR code to download the eSim, and require you to physically go to a store to pickup. I am still trying to have this contract cancelled, and I am still trying to ensure that recurring payments are also cancelled. I am unable to add my 'mobile' contract to the APP as they won't give the the eSIM !

This application has been excellent up until the most recent update. It won't log me in and continues to say try again later. edit: After reinstalling the application, I was prompted to install their new application (which I did), and after topping up on the new application and it has not been credited to my account/mobile number despite it saying I have been credited.

App not working, very frustrating! Keep getting the message "No active connection, please login to your 2degrees" while trying to log in! Uninstall and reinstall did nothing. It happened after I updated my phone so spent lots of time checking my phone first. To anyone else having this problem, today I was able to login through the website and top up. An annoying work around for now

Absolute rubbish, I went too pay for a top up and the page ended up not loading but the payment went through and I didn't get my top up. I contacted them showing all the proof I had and I was given "1 hour calling time and data" that didn't even work at all and disappeared a few days later. I was told I'd get my top up asap but it's been 2 weeks and I'm not getting any reply back. So I contacted their other email and was told my info I gave was wrong after confirming before it wasn't. PMO

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever used I wish I had read reviews before signing up. Will not let me log in getting the oops something went wrong the 1 time I have logged in it says I don't have an account even though my personal details are all there! I have paid to sign up and can use my phone but how on earth will I top up with an app that doesn't work.

I data shared 3G per month (data limited) with my daughter in hospital (2 months) with the app. I found out that she was drawing far more - a fault of the app. I have 2 months of unsatisfactory interactions with 2 degrees and they have not repaid me over 30 GB of rollover data. Every interaction with 2degree customer service has been a customer disservice!

The latest version of the app is rubbish. Can not login so did a password reset etc etc. and when I try to select my account to just goes oops try again. Login works for webpage but that shows me numbers that aren't mine and haven't been for years

I downloaded the new app and it picked up an old broadband account and our phones have disconnected. Very annoying phoned 2 degrees who can't seem to fix it. But we are still paying our $200.00 DD for our bill.
