The app is so buggy. When you start planning and wishing to have pizza delivered soon, the app surprises you with bugs that make it almost impossible to order. So I made all selection, selected the the toppings and hit add to cart, and it gives me an error to select the size. And while I tried really hard to select the size, no size would get selected. The app doesn't proceed further to the order.

Had major problem ordering from the app, definitely needs a lot of work on. But , what shot this from 1 to 5 stars review is the second to none customer service and support I've received to solve my issue and make sure my order goes through without any problems . The food has always been good, they just exceeded the competition in customer care.

love their pizza, but the app needs so much work. just placed an order for nearly 200aed, confirmed the items, and ultimately got something different than what I initially ordered and the new order was reflected on the app for some crazy reason. I recommend ordering via phone or talabat, but STAY AWAY FROM THEIR APP IT'S MISERABLE - they should consider getting rid of whoever's developed it.

Really bad experience. I tried ordering through the app but it wouldn't let me set my location. So I switched to the website. It worked but I was annoyed by the fake offer they had of the free medium pizza. They requested I add another 7 dirhams to my order. When I finally made my order, they called me asking about my order because it didn't show for them.. please work on your app and website. They're terrible.

Was a lil disappointed (and hungry) after using this app. Their address lookup is atrocious. I'm based in the Design District and can't see it within their tedious address selector: allow the user to manually enter their address and inform them after if it's outside of your delivery area. Such a disappointment as your welcome offer is strong and I think it's phenomenal that you allow menu options to be opaque when it doesn't suit dietary requirements. Shame about the delivery screen UX.

Super complicated app, I wasted 45 minutes trying to set my location and order without success, and the buy one get one is not working, seems to be a fake offer. I finally gave up and ordered from another restaurant.

You guys really need to work on the app usability. Not talking about the interface which is cool, but the easiness to order and enter your place. We love your pizzas but the app bugs drove us crazy and made us consider other options more than once.

I absolutely love Freedom pizza its my favorite because they cater so well to vegans, and their vegan desserts are to die for! Unfortunately the app does not work! It works through the laptop but when i try to make an order through the app i cant add it to cart!! Also my vouchers dont update on the app. Pls fix asap !
