Absolutely horrible app. I bought a subscription. It worked a couple of days then it started to ask me to buy another subscription on all devices, tablet, tv, pc. My subscription is still visible in settings but I cannot watch anything because it says I don't have subscription. I have created a ticket to support but no response since a week ago. I have just cancelled the subscription. It is outrageous that google allows apps with such terrible technical state that can waste your money.

Beware of the subscription scam. It auto-renews without warning, and refunds are denied after renewal. It happened to me and after several emails, they said it could be refunded if I hadn’t used it—which I hadn’t! I just logged in to check if I could cancel auto-renewal, but their crappie app has no such option. My account shows the annual fee as CAD 49.99, but I was charged CAD69.99.They blamed a "software glitch" and took no responsibility. Customer service was horrible!

App function very poor. From one episode to next, it rarely moves smoothly & automatically !!! Not that this is a recent problem. It's a common problem from the days I subscribed to this. Never shifts to landscape automatically, have to do manually each time. Rather, often they pictures remains in portrait size even in landscape mode !!! Compares to many other OTT platform, this app is the worst one in technical issues.

It is an useless app with always difficulty in access. Though internet is available now for smart TV, asked to connect to a network. How absurd! Can't access account to check whether subscription expired. Logged out from all devices, but still can't log in. It seems to be a substandard & highly deficient OTT App. I have all the good Apps, but none is so poor or troublesome. Better improve your software to a minimum standard & keep the App under hibernation till that time.

No doubt contents are all good but app experience isn't satisfying according to the price. Hoichoi app experience seems MY JIO Amazon app's mini version with lots of lagging, high latency, picture downgrage in the middle of a play. Application needs improvement.

Very bad GUI and user-unfriendly navigation. Content is good but the controls are really bad. Especially, going from one episode to another, selecting next episode, skipping intro everything needs a revamp. Make it simple and user-friendly, please.. Need a realistic reconstruction.

The app and the content is decent. But the payment method and payment management sucks. This is stubborn software, quite impossible to reset and start a fresh without the multiple email or correspondence with the support team. I am so sorry to say this. I would suggest the team to up the server capacity, db responsiveness etc.. A lot of people do use this service abroad. So with a price plan that matches with Netflix shouldn't be this naive to handle the simple payment plans.

I have a subscriber for years now...now they have put stupid restrictions of 2 devices!! I understand not being able to play on 2 screens but now I can not even sign in from 2 devices!! Not renewing anymore. Content anyway was once in a blue moon.
