Opened an account after a lot of struggle and got charged. Then, some information that was entered had a typo and thus they considered it a fraud. Cancelled my account right away without even letting me say anything, and besides, charged me with fraud fees??? This seems more like a way to make money out of this "typos" than anything. Besides the fraud department is clearly and AI being 180% empathetic, ofc. Thought it was good and handy, but this... just jaw dropping.

Overall, it performs the basic functions required for a companion app for my desktop phone. If this was my primary access to business phone lines, I would probably switch carriers. It's not as reliable as I'd need it to be, and it behaves differently on cell networks and WiFi. A daily annoyance is that notifications don't open the app. It's particularly annoying that voicemail notifications don't open the app. With every update I cross my fingers, but it has remained annoying for 5 years so far.

I mean, it actually works (unlike the Windows app that refuses to even detect an ol'-skool analog 2.5mm microphone [that the rest of the OS can detect]). Nevertheless, since installing this app, when I get incoming regular (cellular (non-Vonage) calls, I must now unlock my phone to answer those. And I can't figure that out. It's like installing this app is now somehow interfering with the stock telephony app.

App problems: 1. Mic mutes when I open another app or screen is turned off. 2. App is glitchy with Bluetooth head set. 3. Couple of second delay when answering calls. Vonage Problems: After upgrading to the SMS texting service, I was informed that the texting service had crashed & wasn't going to be back up for 90 days. Vonage will still be enforcing my contract for this service, so I am being charged for a service that I am not receiving & will have to pay a fee if I want to cancel the service

Absolutely useless service. Terrible interface and settings. If you somehow manage to disconnect and get rid of this junk, they will send a collection agency with the news that you still owe them for something. I do not recommend starting to use this connection, it is better to consider similar services from other companies.

It's a good app. But there are a couple of glitches that should be looked at. Like the audio sometimes goes silent, logging in is a headache and mix up on the extensions that are assigned. We get calls from extensions that we're not supposed to. My company uses it to connect with customers (large volume) and these things do impact our business. please take insight into the problems stated and take it to the workshop. This issues don't happen often. A good app Could be better. Email for info

Discovered that none of my clients were receiving any hyperlinks that were sent with txt messages. I can receive hyperlinks but not send. This has been going on for months apparently. I would send a text message to a client with a link and they would say I didn't get the link did you send it? No response from Vonage support on a ticket I opened over 30 days ago. Stay away from Vonage. I will be changing providers asap. Any 4 star reviews you're reading are likely fake.

It's been 2 months and still can't send text. Mainly why I chose them was to be able to text customers, and it worked for a few months now, nothing, and they haven't reached out. And still paying full price for have the service and in a contact so cant leave. They need to get this fixed and make it righ, and you can't talk to a huma, just a chat like wth. Update still no text it's now Oct 5, 2024.. and still having to pay full price. Don't use this compnay. No live agent either.
