Buds only hear & translate by tapping the bud or phone screen first. They are NOT auto hear hands free. Also you need to select a language prior to translating. What if you dont know their language. Social media videos are very missleading on how these buds work. My phone app does a better job in conversation mode without having to tap first!!

Well I got my earbuds in the mail today. Finally. Took almost a month. So now I'm sitting here disappointed to find out it will not just translate a conversation or a show in real time. I have to use my phone like a microphone in an interview. Tapping the phone to record and tapping the earbuds to hear the translation. I'm most likely sending them back.

So far I got it paired with my phone. It was a little bit of a challenge. I thought it wasn't paired but when I clicked on the various options at the bottom I saw it working. I then went to social media and could hear from them. I will update when I get a chance to try the translation part.

This product does translate, but it doesn't allow you to hear the translation without your phone. For example, if you wanna watch a japanese show, it won't translate what you hear on tv. You have to hit the record when you want it to translate. I was very disappointed

False advertisement--It translates only using phone and recording. Absolutely no deleting old translated conversation. Ive setup an account, no use, the price changed immediately upon ordering (1st red flag). Im using Galaxy S 24. I charged before using. Apple products reject it and immediately send an update. The website name speaks volume warning pop-up.

The instructions that came with the earbuds told me to use this app, but this app refused to pair. New earbuds are now a paperweight. Update #1 - I have finally been able to connect and get new features. Have not been able to reconnect again.

Oh wow I got ripped off lol. After waiting so long I forgot I ordered them. The app download then it says agree to terms cancel confirm. Confirm doesn't work but cancel does. OK you got me lol. I just tried again confirm doesn't work. Can't use without app oh my goodness. Headsets are a fake. Other reviews you have to use your phone from translation. But I can't get the app.

1st red flag is that you can't read their privacy policy or the user agreement. Then, it would not allow me to set up an account. Then it wouldn't connect to Bluetooth! I knew it was too good to be true!
