App is great, but this is the worst service I have ever seen. We now have 11 water bottles, when only requesting 4. Have tried to get the extras picked up. 2 messages, 4 phone calls and 3 different times someone was supposed to pick them up and we still have 11 water bottles. Somebody was scheduled for today, and app says, you're delivery happened 10 min ago, enjoy your water, ha ha ha! At this point, I'm keeping them because I have no faith whatsoever that I would be credited.

Unreliable and Frustrating This water delivery service is consistently unreliable. They often skip deliveries without any notice, leaving me without water—recently, they missed 3 deliveries in a row with no explanation. To make matters worse, they’ve started delivering extra water without my consent and charging me more. The lack of communication and customer care is disappointing. At this point, I'm searching for alternatives this service is simply not worth the hassle. I don't recommend it!

the water is great. but here in my large city the delivery service has been inconsistent at times and frustrating. there seems to be no coordination with the main office of Primo water and those who deliver the water. I've asked countless times for them to correct this problem. all in all I would recommend the water and the delivery service because in the end it's worth it.

App seems ok. Delivery service, so far very poor. Month and a half for them to correct account. Original delivery was supposed to be 4 bottles. Only delivered 2, but account showed I had 4. Still haven't received the other two from first order, over a month later (despite being assured the correction on three separate occasions). Seriously doubt if this service will actually be worth it. Will try again tomorrow for a fourth time...

The app is good with one annoying issue for me. It never stays logged in. I have to enter login ID and password ever time I open the app. For me, it defeats the whole purpose of installing the app as it's pretty much same as logging into a website. There are some other options which are not available on the app like rescheduling to a specific date or delaying the delivery but I can always do that on phone so I'm not too concerned about that

This app update is on the money. It is easy to use and is complete in all necessary areas. I can easily order water and other products, cancel delivery, pay bill's, view invoices, make contact and other necessary account activities. I am very pleased with the functionality of the app. It not only works well but is attractive. Great job on the update.

UPDATE: Though new features were added, there is still a lot of improvements needed. First and foremost, ease of use. When creating an app, you should follow the rule of three - a customer should be able to get to any screen within three clicks. Additionally, when you arrive at a screen, you should be able to back out and initialize previous screen. This doesn't happen with a few screens. Add to Order is one example. When you back up, it takes you to the home screen, not view scheduled order.

Great service, bad app. This app needs to have all the functions of the website. You can't pay your bill, add extra deliveries, or even see any account info other than your delivery address. You can edit your recurring order & that's about it. I'm a longtime customer and I'm happy the company is developing an app, but right now it definitely needs work.
