NFC read error. Please try again. Email Error. Please try again. No files found. Please try again. The funny thing is, the payment system went off without a hitch, not a single glitch, but printing is apparently too much to ask for from a printing software.

Atrocious app, always opens when I'm trying to preview files and does not even let you preview the file you are trying to view. I have tried to change every app setting available with no success. I also have money in this app that I am unable to remove. I highly recommend against ever downloading app unless it is required by your school.

Used to be fine, now it is saying there's an error (exclamation mark in corner) everytime I try to add something to the list to print. Also, it wont add some of my word documents because when I try to upload nothing happens. The login aspect of wepa doesnt ever stop "loading" and you cannot login in. The app keeps getting worse as time goes by. At one point it worked perfectly.

After moving to my new phone the app is behaving as if my phone is the printer. The print queue displays a red ! at the top right of the item I wish to print and nothing I can do has had any sort of positive effect. Tapping the icon to the right of the + button on the bottom of the home screen will bring up a display that reads "Hold your phone here to log in". I don't know why the app is doing this and looking into the settings hasn't helped in the slightest.

works when it should, and super useful. however, the app often randomly opens when i haven't even clicked on the app, which is annoying. i'm not keen on apps acting as if they have a free will to open and operate. please fix this, because the app is otherwise pretty great.

My university uses SSO with Duo 2-step verification to log in, but this app displays the 2-step prompt for about 1 second before continuing to a page that says "this window should close automatically" & "click here if it doesn't" but neither waiting nor clicking actually allows me to use the app. If I can't verify my identity in the second step of the log in process, I can't log in ! That's why I gave this app 1 star

Just awful. Their print stations CONSTANTLY break. All the time. They don't know how to take into account page/semester allowances, only printing funds. UIC replaced a simple, easy way to print with this BAD system. Why do I need a WEPA pin when I have my iCard? I can log in with my credentials but that takes a while on their touch screens that ALSO break. The printing stations BREAK ALL THE TIME.

Despite having other cloudprint options, including laser and ink at home, I find Wepa extremely useful, especially for last minute tasks. Wepa has saved my butt more than once. It is great when you have ink intensive color tasks as you can save your supplies and get high quality results.
