“Ticket sans contact” is an extension to your transit application. It enables you to digitalize and secure a transit card on your mobile and securely store all tickets purchased through the transit application.
Once both the transit app and the “Ticket sans contact” extension are installed on your compatible mobile (depends on the transit app implementation), you can purchase transit tickets from the transit app. Validating tickets is a simple wave of your smartphone onto a contactless reader or gate.

Compatibility with your Smartphone depends on the choice and implementation of each Transport Network and their mobile app:

• Transit Network ➡️ Compatible Smartphones

• Ile-de-France-Mobilité ➡️ Samsung Galaxy* / Samsung Watch (on test)

• Velib’ ➡️ All NFC Android smartphones

• Strasbourg (CTS) ➡️ All NFC Android smartphones

• Lille (Ilevia) ➡️ Samsung Galaxy*

* Samsung Galaxy A (A5 2017, A80, A71, A70, A8, A53 5G, A), Galaxy S (S7/S7 Edge, S8/S8+, S9/S9+, S10/S10+/S10e, S20/S20 FE/S20+/S20 Ultra, S21/S21+/S21 FE/S21 Ultra, S22/S22+/S22 Ultra, S23/S23+/S23 Ultra), Galaxy Note (Note8, Note9, Note10/Note10+/Note10 Lite, Note20/Note20 Ultra 5G), Galaxy Z (Z Flip/Z-Flip 5G, Z-Flip3/Z-Flip4, Fold/Z-Fold2, Z Fold3/Z-Fold4, Z Flip5, Z-Fold5)

On Wear OS, “Ticket sans contact” is used only with IdFM application (beta version) for securing its transit tickets on Samsung Galaxy Watches.
Wear OS features, on test today, are only available within Ile-de-France area on IDFM Network.
“Ticket sans contact” is compatible with Samsung Galaxy Watch starting with Galaxy Watch 4 and Wear OS 3.

Note that “Ticket sans contact” is an extension. It is therefore not possible to buy tickets from the ”Contactless transit ticket” extension.

As lots of other people pointed out, even if my phone is said to be compatible, I get a compatibility error after installing this app when trying to buy tickets. You litteraly had one job and you failed. This is even more pityful as all other major and secondary cities im France and around the globe have a working phone-friendly ticket system.

Not compatible with Google Pixel 3. Dear assistant, do not even try to copy-paste that useless reply of yours. It is a useless and annoying reply. If you are not able to make an app compatible with Google phones, perhaps you should change job. "Hello, Wizway's solution is compatible with all Android NFC smartphones. The mobile configurations accepted are specific to each transport network. You will find the list of compatible mobiles on their FAQ or on the download page of the app."

Doesn't work on pixel 6. I installed the SNCF app to user contactless tickets. It claimed my phone pixel 6 was compatible and proceeded to download "ticket sans contact". After a few seconds of setup, the service said my phone was not compatible. I tried reinstalling but it didn't fix it. I should also say there's no issue at all using NFC for contactless payment in France and no issues with payments or travel on the tube/train in UK either. Disappointing.

I have been trying to add my navigo to my phones since 2019. I have changed two phones and changed my simcard to orange as well and it has never worked. Every other major city in Europe and even Bordeaux have absolutely no problem with contactless tickets but Paris contractor for contactless payment is either very incompetent or just a fraud.

As stated by others before me, this app does NOT work with most of the phones (unless you're a either a Google, Samsung or Apple guy) even though they have NFC and even an nfc sim from orange! Édit : thanks for the response, I updated my rating to 2 stars. Still, I bought a single ticket and every time I try it, it says "passe non connu sur ce réseau"

App was not even compatible with a new Samsung phone bought only a few weeks ago (Samsung A13). I honestly can't work out why RATP gave the green light to this system as one of the replacements for paper tickets when the app doesn't even seem to be out of it's alpha phase in terms of compatibility. They should reintroduce them at least until this app is ready because the denial of service here is ridiculous

As a lot of the other one-star reviews confirm, it just doesn't work for some vague compatibility issue that is, apparently, still not fixed. Even in Germany - not the world's most digitized country - they can get these systems to work. Very, very unimpressive.

It doesn't work with my Xiaomi mi9T. Looking at the app ratings shiws clearly that you need to work on users experience and compatibility issues. Think of people that use NFC for payments and want to use it for navigo validation too. I have a android phone with NFC. But i still can't understand why its incompatible.
