when viewing tickets for the KSA Grand Prix, it says to verify email. When clicking "verify", the application just crashes

one minute your tickets are visible the next time you access it says not yet available. frustrating and worrying so close to the event

Unable to receive the ticket that sent by someone else. The system did not update the email given. When log in, no history ticket was received

Very good and well managed app. Quite useful if you're gonna be attending the grand prix. I used it every day of the race weekend. Better than most GP apps.

EDIT: the problem was fixed, thank you. The app crashes everytime I try to log in, I emailed you but to no avail. I'm using Huawei Mate 20 Pro
