Bluetooth issue fix: go to App Info > Permissions > Nearby Devices > and allow. Support has been good. However inbound and outbound call quality is not great. Not sure why it can be such a contrasting difference when a standard mobile phone call works fine and desk-headset calls work fine.

Bluetooth audio still does not work, it has no idea a headset is connected to the phone - really does defeat the purpose of a voip soft phone and we're paying a lot of money to use this service! Disgustin!

Very pleased so far with this VoIP app. My only criticism during the free trial period was that it was a little too short, and I was unable to select a number from the list of available ones after creating the account and before activating my line. Had I gone straight for paid subscription, I would have a choice of number. As it turns out, I bought a memorable number anyway, but I couldn't have a free number of my own chosing (I could, but I had already given the randomly allocated to customers)

Doesn't work with Bluetooth anymore. You can't even answer on the phone and talk through the hands free device now. Answering and hanging up functions and speaking through the Bluetooth device needs fixing. Also answering from the notification doesn't turn off the screen so that causes issues. Until these are fixed it's 1 star as I can't use the app.

It had one job, verify my phone number. After trying a number of times I gave up, but then their support contacted me after seeing my review. They were really helpful, efficient and it took them less than 24 hours to figure out the issue with a little help, and update the app to deal with the bug. Haven't had chance to fully road-test the platform but if it's on par with the service we will have no issues!

The app doesn't work properly any more (outbound calls terminate 10 seconds in), irrespective of the network link I use. I've contacted support a couple of times but not got anywhere with resolving the issue.

A kind customer service rep contacted me and we got it working! It was struggling to get setup because of an Italian sim card (we travel full time) and a VPN all wrecking havoc on the setup process. Working great now.
