I just tried purchasing tickets. The app errored out but definitely made sure to process my credit card. Do not try to use this app to buy tickets, just go online and handle it there. Even when I was able to buy the tickets, the app keeps crashing and won't let me view the barcodes for them to be scanned. This is honestly a nightmare.

The pens predictor function on the app doesn't work, so I deleted the pensapp and downloaded the NHL app. The NHL app is far superior, you can pick and choose the games you want updates on and you can listen to radio broadcast. That means you can listen to Mike Lange call a Penguins game in real time. There are no bugs or flaws in this app and I highly recommend it.

App seems like it was designed by Indian phisher scammers. Every page has at least 2 things you have to click to be able to see the page, trying to buy tickets is near impossible due to the layout of the page and the submit button being underneath another button. Seems like a fake app honestly and until it gets designed by a professional I would not waste the space downloading it

Every time they update this app, they seem to screw it up even more. If you can't actually improve it, leave it alone. The reliability and function keeps getting worse every time they touch it. Now you took away the option to listen on the app, and the app no longer gives you live updates. Not much else you can mess up with it. The app performs about as well as the team, old, slow, and outdated. Just like the front office and coaching staff they are too stubborn or ignorant to change and adapt.

Well designed app... However the Pens Predictor has only worked two maybe three times for me since the start of the season. Even after a correct prediction, I never received the "prize". Not that I'm super concerned about it, but its the priniciple behind it. I'm not the only person with this problem for sure, so this bug needs fixing.

This is a great app, except for the new radio function, which is a brutal battery drain, and very annoying. You have to keep your screen on for it to keep the radio feed running, and you can't leave the Pens screen to check something else. This almost completely eliminates its usefulness in the car, if I'm trying to use it while driving away from Pittsburgh.

Absolute garbage app on Android 10, Pixel 2 XL. Since last year the "radio" streaming function has been horrible. I can listen to maybe 20-40 seconds of airplay at a time before the stream cuts out and I have to tap the "radio" button several times to get it going again. I stopped even trying which is sad. Now this year they rolled Pens Predictor into it, and something similar happens. I click the link for it, I see a loading wheel for 2 seconds then nothing happens. Please fix this!!

I have no idea why the radio functionality had to be moved behind the Penguins Experience wall. It had been working just fine for years just hitting the "Radio" button in the top right from the home screen. But now the radio feed drops out as soon as the app is no longer in the foreground or screen turns off, and doesn't reload even after closing and reopening the app several times.
