Absolutely bang average. Can't email people from the app. Have to log in online to do it. Starting to run into more and more issues with capsule ATM. Although staff seem nice

This has got to be one of the worst CRM apps there is Never works, always freezes The web version is good but this mobile version is about trash and unfortunately we will need to move to a reliable CRM system

But of a fail really. Basic features only. So much potential, but developer fails to fix issue with addresses now not linking correctly to Waze maps on Android which worked in the past. Support is very poor, they respond them don't fix the problem on the app. For such a great CRM I don't understand how they don't invest more in great app development.

Calendar feature is super super super slow and unresponsive. It literally takes 13 seconds to go from one day on the calendar to another if does it at all. I'm not exaggerating. I timed it with a stop watch dozens of times just to see. Sometimes it doesn't respond at all but when it does it takes 12 to 13 seconds. Hope they fix it.

I want to give a review for your desktop version. Really good, simply to use. Found it one page 2 of Google results. And from all the free CRMs I picked your software for myself. Really easy to use, and I also like the "the getting started buttons". Be in peace. Best regards.

In the world of mobile apps, the Capsule app provides very limited functionality. 1. You cannot delete People in the app 2. You cannot add tags in the app Many more, the app needs more empowerment for the sales rep always in the go and primarily using phone as the primary touch point.

I've been using this for a few years and it's always been reliable & never let me down. Flexible, so I've been able to add fields & tasks etc, as required.
