And I'm done with Zoho. Apart from finding the inbox layout not very intuitive, the app inbox only updates every few days, or hidden in another folder, so I *have* to rely on the desktop version. And then not being able to reply to emails because they "looked suspicious" - even though it was a convo I'd already been having. But the last straw was nearly missing an important zoom meeting because the appointment email got sent to spam. Bye Zoho - alot of promise but poor execution

As more and more features have been provided over the years, the UI got somewhat convoluted. Particularly when you reply, the answer is not shown on top of the cascade; so when you scroll up (or down), perhaps because you want to check what was written in the original mail, your text is not easily found again. Still, I like Zoho Mail.

Works fine when it works. But the notifications for new incoming emails simply doesn't work, which for me is the whole point of the app - maybe 25% I'm alerted to. I've missed countless work emails on my Android phone and have now had to set up a separate Gmail account for Zoho emails to be forwarded to - which works every time and instantly. Strange they can't get this feature to work because I see alot of complaints about it. Would never trust as my main email for this reason. Get it sorted!

Using this as my official id but the UI is so cluttered. Finding a trail mail & search option is frustrating at the highest level. File size is 24 mb, gets delivered to some ids but to others, it's not delivered & saying file is 31mb. If u leave d page after adding CC (especially on phn is a joke, u hv 2 click d 3 dots & add CC) to find some data & come back, send d mail, then ur CC r gone, they ll b unmarked. The mail composition space is less as well, u hv 2 scroll many times 2 get a proof read

The app is slick and very nicely designed and the emails arrive within seconds of being sent. Am very impressed with the total implementation package and i dont give this kind of accolade easily as i am a old techy that has designed many many systems. Very well done to the designers and implemeters

organized my inbox into different folders on my laptop but can't see any of the folders in the app whatsoever. you also can't organize emails from your inbox into folders or create new folders from the app. pretty un-useful except to view new emails.

Edited: add new folder workaround is to use the Samsung email app (IMAP). It syncs to the Zoho app. Old review: The app is missing the create new folder function. I signed into the web based version through Brave and DDG on my phone to see if I can add folders. Keyboard will not stay engaged to allow any typing. So, the only way I can add folders is through the web app on my laptop. I wanted this as an alt to Outlook due to junk mail and wanted more privacy. The folders problem is appear

Been getting rid of US corporate apps where I can and this is the first email app that has been of good quality and worked first time when setting up. Had no issues at all. Easy to navigate and does what it's intended. Very clean app. Certainly if you want a working, good quality, simple email app this works great.. as does the inbuilt calendar.
