Constantly get an error saying cannot connect to server every time I go to create a request. Apps suggests that there's an update available and I've tried multiple times but nothing updates. I've logged out, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and nothing seems to fix it. I love the idea of this app. Please fix.

Continually loops back to asking if you want to update the app, brings you to this page where you're only option is to hit "Open." And the loop continues...

A lot of links to City web page don't work. However it is a great way to communicate with the city quickly.

Great idea. But for me, I get an error about not being able to connect to the server every time I submit a request. I end up having to go online to submit. 1 Star.
