To begin, I love my helmet, the app not so much. First, the app somehow caches info, even after a reset. I tried to change an emergency contact and had to create a new one because it wouldn't detect the updated contact info. Second after sending a test sos, the app gives me an error. Though the sos did go through, it doesn't give me much faith to trust its auto-sos capabilities. Hopefully effort is invested to improve the app to match the sophistication of the helmet, it has great potential!

It's a really cool idea and I like the helmet. There are several things that cause a bit of concern. 1. Quin network coming 2023 it says. 2023 is almost over! New upsell. Apparently the protection is now less, because they've added an upsell to a monthly fee! The helmets are already very expensive. If I'm going to charge my helmet it would be good to also have an and lights that keep me from being rear-ended when I slow.

I've owned my Ghost for a while now and have been happy with the performance of the app until recently. The last 3-4 rides, the app did not track my ride. I subscribe to the monthly paid subscription so I can get ride analytics and the pro option. Being able to review my rides and save them was the reason I decided to subscribe to the monthly subscription. Seems like I'm wasting my money since rides aren't being tracked now. Please help.

I had a little trouble installing the app (must have been during an update or something). When I finally got it to go, it worked great. The sound is well clear enough, and the controls are convenient through my gloves. I will say that installation of the drop down visor was a little lopsided, but nothing worth returning. The colors, the finish, and the features all worked great, and I'm happy to own it. I hope never to test the crash detection, but if I ever did, I'll come back and tell you how it worked!

App looks good, and seems to work well, without having tested the distress call sent when you crash. However, there are not one, but two identical persistent notifications that appear when the app is running. And there's no way to quit the app and remove those notifications without either force stopping the app (every time) or a reboot. Please fix this. ~Running a Pixel 3 with Android 9

I can't add any emergency contacts due to country code. Even after changing my wife's number to match the requested format it won't work. Keeps telling me that I still need to connect my helmet in the top right of the app even though it's connected. Running pixel 2 XL with Android 10. Revised: Was finally able to add emergency contact by creating a new contact with the requested format. In order for the tracking to work the app must be installed on both phones.

Just bought the helmet and the mic can not hear my voice commands and app is not working. Won't let me create an account and just sits there loading after giving an error message that somethi.g went wrong and to try again.

My order was delivered quickly and the large spitfire helmet fit great. I went out for my first ride with the new Quin helmet and the music , GPS and phone worked great. I called my wife and she said to lower my voice. Lol. My bike is very loud and I had no trouble hearing or being heard. I was skeptical about buying Quin but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.
