As if the user interface wasn't bad enough, their user support is even worse. Instead of solving the problem, you get referred to some unknown 3rd party with which you have no contractual connection. And forcing a user to update the app or you can't use it anymore, is a total no-go. Luckily there are plenty of other options available now, so I hardly ever need this.

Garbage app, can't remove vehicle on website or the app. complete design failure of UI at every level imaginable. Changed from one to four star, simply due to the friendly staff on the helpline and following thru trouble shoot.

If you like to gamble, use E-charge with no second thoughts. You either get your charge cable stuck on the wall or unable to stop your car from charging. You will require to turn on Bluetooth to unlock the charging cable, but it only works about 20% of the time. Besides that , it has loads of system bugs. Tons of useless info. Slow and unresponsive. Every review is either 1 or 2 stars. How does it get an average rating of 4.2?

Doesn't work. Once you log in, it shows the location of all the charging places, but when you click into the charging places to see how many spots are left, it stops working. Doesn't show any charging places, doesnt show you how many spots are left, or anything useful.

Finally good UI updates.

Cannot reserve charger but others can. Supposedly, app allows you to reserve chargers, but I've never seen this 'R' icon, even when chargers are available. A few times, I've been surprised to find an available charger on app (with no Reserve option), only to get there & find its been reserved by others. Called cust serv. who advised that Reservation is first come first served & only appears when its available. Explained to him that its not on my app and he just responded by speaking louder! Lol!

Poor UX with unintuitive interface that depends on swiping everywhere with no prompts. And now with full screen ads blocking the app all the time.

Such a bad experience, registered an account but can't log in. Tried registering again and said account alrdy exist. Tried forget password, no email was sent to me. Whoever wrote this app, consider switching career. Update this. I'll uninstall now
