A Google user

I tried to set a home appointment via Livehealth app and was able to make a successful payment. To my dismay, they do not service our area. The app does not even give an alert if they provide service to a certain area or not. I called them and filed a dispute. I already sent the screenshot of the payment confirmation but until now I haven't received any feedback.

It has been about 24hours that the sample has been collected. But the app still continues to show that the test is acknowledged. I fail to understand then why are there such various steps in the app such as sample processed etc if they are not getting updated. This causes a lot of apprehension especially during such crucial times of covid. I have had to repeatedly call the lab to find out if the report is out. It is better to scrap this app if it is not updated. A very disappointing experience

Had to go through so much trouble for the tests. Received the report link but can't download reports because user is not registered. Can't login into the app because it does nothing after I enter the correct otp(not even shows any error message). I wasted my time and money only to be frustrated by you. How about deliver the reports manually next time as you guys clearly lack the skills to automate the process. I even doubt the credibility of the reports now.

What an waste of time to access this app. First while entering the mobile number it just doesn't go ahead and finally when you go to next page to enter the password it just doesn't go to next page. I have to keep on clicking on proceed but it just stucks. While building the app haven't you guys checked yourself whether Its working or not. Now when I've managed to go inside the app am not finding any reports of status for my son's xray test.

Not getting OTP. Tried many time but couldn't get the OTP even a single time. Worst app

Can't login. Doesn't even say error. What else can I say? (In another account) Additionally, no way to login with e-mail even when they are sending mails to the email. No facility to update phone number when clinic entered incorrectly. Was a major mess when dealing with Covid related emergency in the family.

Not able to update profile. Could not enter email address as key board for typing is not appearing. The other data like occupation, drinker, smoker etc entered again and again are not getting saved as there is no button for save. My reports uploaded day before yesterday are not appearing in app

It's good application but need to address all snags encountered. On home page Processing Sample View Report tab never gets updated and always shows Report is under Process Status. However Reports gets updated on Reports Tab. Tracker tab tracks nothing and is just waste. When you try to update details in Profile, app always crashes.
