Forced to download and install this app for the sole purpose of uploading a single document, because their website does not work. I'm an IT Specialist here, I tried uploading a file through four browsers, two laptops, a desktop, and my phone, all in an effort to avoid downloading ANOTHER app for ONE single use, just to remove the entire thing the moment the work is done. Turns out they only take Image formats. Their "documents" are pictures, and anything else is silently not allowed.

Changed my password in the app, typing exactly what I had input on the change password screen (tried changing tbe password a second time and got password has already been in use error), and now I cannot log in to access any information or services. Do better devs, this is people's health that you are dealing with...

it signed me out while I was updating my information... it needed to update and had an update now button with text above saying not to hit the update now button but to reinstall... it told me to enter n/a for my policy number if I didnt know it but the setting locked my keyboard to numbers only... and somehow this app is still a better option than the website...

Awful horrendous app AND site. Constantly down & no customer support on weekends (the only days I have off to get stuff like this done) so my daughter and I are likely going to lose coverage due to the way their website and app literally DOES NOT WORK. It won't even allow me to sign in with the proper sign in info- even after changing my password. Either have reps available on the weekends or fix your subpar site/app. I literally have nothing positive to say about washington since moving here

I can't even log on. The error message says you need to be the primary person on the account. I'm the only one on the account that has coverage. $#!t¥ app

Literally cannot even login to the app. Whenever I push the sign-in button, it loads for 2 seconds, then does nothing. I only downloaded the app to try to upload a document, but it is literally unusable. Also, it is impossible to upload documents on the website itself. Pushing 'upload' just leaves you with an endless spinning loading symbol, even after 20+ minutes of waiting. This is so frustrating as it directly relates to being able to get medical help... Please fix your website and app...

The last update was April 26th, I downloaded this at the end of May. Trying desperately to see a dentist, and having issues trying to prove I have insurance. The app will not let me log in until I've updated, except there's no update available! Things are hard enough right now! I've been waiting on my provider one card for over a month and this app is all I have to show it. It took a lot longer, but finally they figured things on their end since my end is keeping me out! 0 stars, why bother 8(
