I have been ordering through Cakelicious Factory from last 4 years now, and I must say there quality has always gone up year by year. I have also used loyalty points may times, and was very glad when on order of just 350/, I was able to use my 300 points as flat discount. The order costed me just 50/- :) That's really amazing 👏 👌

I don't see I these guys are really bothered about the comments and ratings. If this is regarding app then it's fine to use if it's regarding cakelicious then quality is just okay. They have a reward program of no use u can't use your rewards ever. They have inflated the basic price and then provided discount and you have to choose between discount and reward point and you will have to go for discount every time and then those points will get expired one day.

For all my office events, I use this app to order cakes and chocolates. Their Fresh Fruit Cake and Truffle cake are the best in the entire city i must say.. Cakes are always fresh and yummy. Loyalty point program is awesome too!! I redeemed my 300 points today to get a Chocolate Box for almost free 🤗 My friends are fans of Cakelicious 👍

Unable to detect location. Pathetic, even after giving precise location permission, app not able to detect the location. Even no option to enter the city.

We ordered a photo cake as per advised by the person taking order in choco mud flavour but it was not good in taste and was not fresh at all...specially the cream. Guest were complaining about it ..it was so embarassing. Will not order again...we didn't like the taste of it...Now I am trying to give them feedback but my calls getting unanswered... pathetic.. Don't waste your hard earned money .

Worthless cakes. Their chocolate truffle cake comes with brown icing and it tastes ridiculously bad. When I called them to complain about the cake, they responded by saying that the chocolate might have melted due to delivery boy's mistake. However, what I don't understand is how would they justify the melting issue in the month of February and what are their excuses for the tastes like undercooked aate ka halwa. No compensation was offered and instead I was suggested to pay for another cake.
