I cannot access the app because it says it sent a code to my email of which i havent recieved yet,i really need access. Can something be done about the emails that are non-existent please.

The app says that my student number does not exist. And don't send me an automated reply telling me to try again because I have tried... 3 times already.

I haven't been able to log in, I've reported this problem at least like 5 times and when I call the phone number no one answers. If anyone can help that'd be great.
