It seems it that the organization is on the right track for integrating online apps for hospital services...but the app itself is unstable and not function as it was intended to. I hope the mgnt. Will be able to look into this and fix the issue as soon as possible.

Not working any longer, they should remove the app from the app store. When inquired even the staff at the hospital confirms that the app does not work. It is a nightmare for someone who does not speak english to book an appointment over the phone. More over vide the app, we can see all the doctors available and choose the doctor whom we would prefer to see.

Still, the app is not working. I can't access my account even when I do restart the password.

My biggest mistake by updating the App which was big disaster as the app is not getting logged in, says that the password or ID is wrong. I even reset the password many times. despite the sending mail and calls to developer team there was no response. Worst service by care IT team, i think management is wasting money by giving them salaries. TOTALLY USELESS KEEPING THIS APPLICATION ON PLAY STORE.

I don't think they even have any team working on this app, the app has been down for more than 2 weeks now and they don't even seem to care or seem to be even aware of that issue. Useless app and useless support. This says a lot about the hospital and the mentality of the management.

Radiology report is not getting uploaded in the app from the past 2 months, tried every one contacting in the hospital for this issue in the app but still not resolved, should have proper communication channel to raise issues from the app itself.

After an update it stopped working.. I reset password.. But still the same.. I sent two emails and went to the hospital and checked with 3 employees non of them helped.. I wonder how these people work.. Can't reach to them. And they don't reply.. Lol and they call themselves professionals!
