Works great. Create a text document with the command that has to be run, and save it with a .BAT extension to streamline connecting to the network. Edit: This connection has become too slow for me to work with for some unknown reason, and it keeps disconnecting, so Ive moved on to a different tether app.

Willing to change rating for support. I have followed the instructions for Windows. I've run the Command prompt, I've set the lan settings, and when I go to connect the VPN, I enter username: netshare password:0000, just like it tells me too, but it keeps saying "can't connect." I even disabled the fire wall, restarted everything, still won't work. I even bought the premium.

This is the app you've been looking for. Easy setup to share data from your phone without having to pay "yet" more money to cell phone companies to do the exact thing that the phone can already do. It basically makes your phone into an old school proxy, so you have some manual setup for the devices that you want to share with, but they all save those settings, so those complaining about 2 steps of configuration should just burn more money on their cell phone plans instead.

Perfect app for non-root hotspot + tethering - period. No others compare. My provider gives me 10 gb hotspot/mo...but with Netshare, it becomes an unlimited hotspot, AT the same high speed data my phone apps use too! I've used FREE version for years now -- with it I supply my home PC, my vehicle computer, and any guests in my home with high speed Internet connectivity. It's simple to use, easy to set up WITHOUT ROOT, and reliable. I rarely rate apps at all, but I give this one 5 stars Everytime!

Uodate. With updates it no longer can detect my purchase. tried all recommendations. seems like a money grab. Works really well for the browser. any other app trying to use websockets for connectiviity this dont work at all, so on a laptop most apps will not be able to connect to the internet. If just need browser for work this works great. Because its on for the browser i cant give it 5 stars.

I never review apps, but this one came in clutch. I ran out of hotspot on my phone and wanted a way to use hotspot without having to pay the phone company. I tried out the unpaid version and it worked, but with slow speeds and such, I tried the paid version and I was more than satisfied. The only problem I have now is that my programs sometimes don't recodnize the LAN connection but browser activity works fine. Netflix app no, but Netflix on browser works great. Am I doing something wrong?

At first glance, the app appears very inelgant, but after I actually set it up, it worked 3x better than I thought it would. A tip for using the connect button: make sure that on the device the Hotspot is coming from has the "wps" button selected BEFORE selecting connect as it will take a lot less time for it to connect. You don't even need a Hotspot plan, but mind your cell data limit, as it is used if you don't have wifi.

Bought this app for an upcoming cruise trip to share a single WiFi connection. Been playing with it for several days. No issue connecting any client to it. However some apps (all on iphones) cannot go through, for example, iOS Mail, WeChat, Alfred Camera, etc. Another issue is that it may not work on some (older?) phones. I tried it on a Moto G4 Play (2016), but the access point created is not visible. Also a client will not get the full speed. Hopefully the cruise line won't block it.
