food tracking doesn't work. You cant trust "soon arriving" as I had experience with it taking over 30min. No option for sodexo card. No food search. No way of contacting the restaurant if the food is too late. I need to use an address nearby and change to mine on delivery, as if I use mine no restaurants are displayed. I can order food with it without calling places, so it serves the base purpose, but it is bad (not that other options in lux are any better tho...)

Good but they need to update their platform so the users will know when the restaurants open and closes . The app service doesn't have exactly the hours of the restaurants at your location stated which it looks like is open but in reality , it is closed . Overall it is alright.....

Terrible customer service. NEVER use credit card or Paypal, because if your order doesn't arrive your money will not be refunded. The company keeps your money without giving you the order. Company that acts in bad faith with its customers.

Extremely slow. Delivery is three time longer. You cannot track your order. You have no idea how long your order takes. Really disappointing.

amazing app. i literally haven't run into any issues so far. I've been using it for a few weeks now, about 4 orders and i recommend it.

easy to order... difficult do pay 😔 it always asks to reauthenticate LuxTrust even that 3d secure is installed 🤔🤔 and for tips you have to re-enter all credit card information... 😔

Delivery time are always twice the estimated time.. It's less than useless to have such a wrong estimate
