I changed carriers from Telenor to Telia due to a number of issues I've had with them over the years and while I'm mostly satisfied with their service, this app is beyond awful compared to Telenors offering. Every time I open the app, I have to sign back in to my account, the interface is cludgy and cluttered with tabs for irrelevant services I do not subscribe to AND I can't even see how much data I've used month to month or easily view my bills. Please make improvement to this!

App is unable to display current data usage or even any other subscription details. A worthless app whose sole function is occupying storage on your device. The ui looked promising and had a potential to be user-friendly, yet it all went to waste due to the malfunctioning features. EDIT: Fixed after several months of waiting.

On s9+ it crashes even before I can open the app. Telia customer service refuses to acknowledge the problem or report it further, stating its my phones problem. Maybe the developer team should read the reviews. Edit april 2019: the app can now open, but does nothing but to show me my subscription, bills and my 3G usage. All previous functions are gone and I have to log into the website to manage my anything. It also won't start the chat anymore I could chat directly in the app.

11/06: After the recent update I can finally login! 🥳 After some issues with it not updating my data quota, the only fix seemed to have been to log out and log back in.. but now I can't log back in anymore so the app is basically useless now 🙈 When it worked it was pretty handy tho, hopefully it gets fixed.

It is sad that in order to review my balance, my invoices (paid and unpaid), and my data consumption i have to go to the website (which is also buggy). The app just occupies space in the phone and only worked at the time of installation. Months after being transferred from Chess to Telia it has not changed from the first time i logged in, this app is completely useless, and far inferior than the chess one. Hopefully some effort is directed towards bettering this app.

Unable to show my bills that need to be payed, making it unecessarily difficult to keep up. And it's the same story with my internet usage, it's like Telia legit wants you to forget how much you're saying so they can charge you extra when you do run out, because you're none the wiser. Bad customer service as to be expected by Telia as always, constant problems connecting to the internet even though I clearly am on familiar WiFi connections. Another low quality tool from a low quality company.

When I open it, it says the session has expired and asks whether I want to be redirected to the login page. When I choose Yes, it days that "something went wrong". Had not worked since my company switched to Telia.

It works about a week for every month. The rest of the time you are stuck trying to get it to work until suddenly it works for a week. Just build a new app already.
