It is convenient to place orders, but it needs improvement. For instance, it should remember your location, you shouldn't have to enter the location every time you place an order. Also it should save your past orders. One time I ordered and the restaurant said they never got my order. If I inadvertently ordered from a different location, there was no way to check where I ordered from, so the restaurant got stuck with an order I had no way of picking up. Please fix these issues.

Doesn't always seem to stay accurate. Management tries to keep it accurate. Have to double-check receipts quite often to make sure that we get credit for the lunch food is always great.

Great restaurant $6.99 lunch. It is fantastic and Joe's meal deal for dinner Monday through Thursday. Is also very good.

Can't check in for lunch. Showed up and was looking for something to scan but there really isn't any explanation on what it's looking for. The rest of the app is solid, albeit I wish half the links actually took you to a page in the app and not a web page. Fix these issues and I'll gladly raise star rating!

App crashes. Cannot place an order. Always gets an error. Needs a back button to order more than one item. Have to use website because the app is useless except to get lunch rewards.

Good app and I use it all the time. Just needs some minor tweaks. There is no option to add onions to the chicken Sandwich. And no options for adding condiments on the side for all the sandwiches.

I love the lunch specials. My only complaint is when you have lunch you get a stamp. After 10 stamps you get a free lunch . 3 times this month the stamps didn't show on my app . You need to contact customer service and they fix it right away. Hope they fix this problem soon
