"MySOS" is an app that connects you and your family with medical care as you face health conditions and illnesses.By registering your own and your family’s health and medical records, it can facilitate communication with healthcare providers during consultations and sharing info among family members.
You can record vitals such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and weight, as well as daily symptoms and medication records. Additionally, by linking with Mynaportal operated by Digital Agency, you can easily register info about your medications, health checkup results, and medical expenses.

Features:
■ Recording and setting goals for vital signs important for health management and treatment
You can record and manage vitals such as body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, weight, body fat percentage, blood sugar levels, SpO2, and steps. You can also link data from OMRON connect and other health care apps pre-installed. The recorded data can be displayed in graph form. Additionally, you can set target values as agreed upon with your primary care physician or occupational health doctor.

You can register daily symptoms (such as headaches or vomiting), wake-up and bedtime, and medication intake records. Mood and memos can also be recorded, providing support for accurately conveying your condition and symptoms to your doctor during consultations.

You can share info on vitals like blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and weight, as well as medication and health checkup results among family members. Info for children and elderly who do not own the app can be recorded by proxy through a family account. Family accounts can be easily transferred using QR codes.

You can check the locations of AEDs and hospitals on a map.

• Basic Life Support Guide supports you in assessing the situation and performing basic life support (BLS) until the ambulance arrives when you find someone experiencing a medical emergency.
• Medical Emergency Guide(Adults and Children) assists parents with young children in determining how to deal with sudden illnesses on holidays and at night. It provides guidance on how to respond to symptoms and seek emergency medical care.

Two issues: (1.) face detection zooms way in on your face, you practically need a selfie stick to get your face far enough away so that it can fit in the correct scanning area. (2): the notification sound is a short, faint bleep that can only be noticed if you're looking at your phone. Notices are urgent and we must respond immediately. The alert needs to be longer and louder. EDIT: My settings are fine for all my apps except yours. THIS IS YOUR ISSUE TO FIX, not mine. My quarantine is over.

App installed fine. I enter the information to register, and I get a screen that looks like a Check-In for Quarantine. I cannot get to any screen that allows me to enter my passport photo or proof of vaccination. I've uninstalled this twice, updated the app, and nothing works. I'm all for preregistration to shorten my entry into Japan, but I've been working on installing this app, but with 2 hours total spent trying, it sort of defeats the purpose.

This app is disfunctioning. When they screening. They never finish. Reson why frozing screen process in main program in Japan has frozing screen. Then they knew issue but they don't tell you uninstall entire app from your telephone. Instead skip it. That's wrong. Does not work. I made more than 10 time attempts. But did not work. Finally travel agency personal told me. Then , I did uninstalled MYSOS. Then reinstall MYSOS. it's work. Shame on Japanese Gov.

Using this to enter Japan. I went through the prompts and accidentally hit "NO" on the FastTrack; there is No possible way to reverse this. Meaning I cannot upload my Passport Photo, or My COVID Vax Card. All they have is the info that I have typed in. Nothing else. Also my account won't Log-in online (on a computer) and it for es me back to the app which has become useless. Uninstalling and Reinstalling has done nothing because when I login to my account it has remembered my options.

Simple app that does what it's supposed to do. Haven't had any bugs so far. I wish there were more options regarding the notification sounds though. I use an app called "I can't wake up" and it has options to increase the volume above 100% which is useful for heavy sleepers like myself. Also, if there was a schedule of ranges for contact/check-in times, that would be useful as well.

I have a new issue. After getting the app running (which for me meant I had to turn off data saving, which appeared to be preventing the app from sending information) I've found that whenever the app tried to push a notification, it turns off my audio and sets the phone to silent, which would explain why there are so many comments about the app not making noise. It also presents a blank notification screen if you have another app open. Motorola G7

If I had an option, I would give this app zero rating. No phone ring sound so unless you are staring the phone 24/7, there is no way you can pick up the phone call from MySOS. I have all notifications turned on with sound all the way up but no sounds go off. Also even if you were able to pickup the call, app freezes and no options to call right back. I would preferred to use other means for communications such as whatsup, Skype, LINE, etc.

The app doesn't seem to have a sound or vibration alert even though you have already enable ringer/vibration feature (device). Just an alert message - you basically have to keep your eyes on the phone at all times. I missed two alerts yesterday without even knowing it. I kept my phone next to my computer while working all day - didn't even know about the two alerts that I missed.
