When it works, it's great, but that's rarely . Since the update, I can no longer get to live feed, only video clips, and when I go to full screen on the app, suddenly I switch to Chinese characters instead of English....wth?? I think there is a 10 year old doing the programming on this app as his school project or something because we've had nothing but issues for the few years we've had these cameras. Of course, they have only gotten worse with every "helpful " update. Run from these.

Whatever the most recent update was, needs to be undone. Completely broken app, unable to playback recordings without dozens of error codes, (No, my machine is not offline, I'm looking right at the display connected to it.) If and when I can playback footage, the video constantly jumps around, like a toddler started smashing number keys on a YouTube video. How it was before this update worked perfectly fine.

We encountered numerous issues with the security camera system. Initially, it wouldn't detect any motion and would not send us notifications. Then we contacted the manufacturer, who made an upgrade. Then we started receiving notifications even when there were no motion. Then the live playback started glitching. The video playback is working now, but humanoid detection doesn't always work, and the unnecessary notifications makes the security camera system pretty much useless.

My experience with the app has been really positive. The streaming quality is always good and consistent. The app itself works smoothly, easy to navigate and the video call feature works flawlessly as well. I couldn't be happier, it's obvious the development team works hard to ensure a quality home security experience.

I had a problem with 2 of my cameras. When they quit working, my app quit working. I figured when I get the new cameras, everything would start working again, but it hasn't. I can't get the app to connect to the NVR at all. I can only use the monitor that is in my store, I can't check the cameras when I'm not there. I also have the app installed in the 3 computers that are in my store so that we can look at the cameras from anywhere. Those apps will also not connect.

The humanoid detection is flawed. The motion alert activation has no sensitivity setting. I get tons of alerts at night whenever a bug flies in front of the camera. I had to turn off notifications. Basically, it defeating the point of a motion and humanoid alert system. Otherwise, the set-up was easy, and the quality of the cameras is pretty good for the price.

Biggest issue is the detection system in the app. The motion detection is completely useless outdoors as I constantly get notifications from trees or the wind blowing. The vehicle detection while works well, constantly gives me notifications of our same parked cars in our driveway, pretty much making that useless as well. It's also very cumbersome to turn the detection on/off, have to actually go into the settings , there needs to be a quick toggle from the main screen. Won't be buying any more.

This was working pretty good through this year. However, ever since you added the video loading bar, it often gets stuck at 20%. It was better when our security system just came on without a % bar... Also, This is not Reliable Security!. "Every time it has mattered" playback oddly does not work on that camera / section of Video! Check on normal day it works. Capture someone doing something. The video gives error. Even if you reboot & try a week later. Won't load. Several times this happened!
