This program can help your children not only expand their English vocabulary but also explore cultures through popular celebrations, national flags and various famous landmarks around the world. With the instructions of the prince and princess, your children will be inspired to explore the imaginary world to learn many new words. Many colorful and lively pictures will keep your child interested, which help them to study longer. Therefore, your children will intrinsically love exploring language and culture. There are two main parts: Topic Vocabulary and Cultural Corner.
In Topic Vocabulary, your children will follow the guidance of the beautiful princess to explore a mysterious jungle. Your children will stop at a time to explore a magic mushroom, which represents a unit of a topic vocabulary. Here, your kids can get to know many familiar words in everyday life. There are 20 topics altogether. At the beginning of each unit, there is a big picture that contains every vocabulary being taught. These words are visualized and intentionally put in a context with an appropriate order. Plus, the vocabularies which have a close connection on a daily basis are arranged next to each other. This will assist children to quickly create a link between different vocabularies and then remember them better. Moreover, each beginning picture also has a story. That story can be a happy, meaningful or even a hilarious memory. Your kids will definitely learn a lot more than just vocabularies and its meanings.
In Cultural Corner, your children will be led by a brave prince to venture a mysterious cave. There are three parts to be explored: Special Occasions, National Flags, and Famous Places. Firstly, children will have the opportunity to learn about common celebrations in the world, which are Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Halloween, and the Chinese New Year. Again, each pictures containing specific details will introduce the histories, traditions, and customs of that celebration. This will be demonstrated through the caption beside each picture. During the whole story, children also get to know about the value of family and develop a sense of morality, and cultures characterized a specific nation. Secondly, children also have a chance to know more about the national flags of different countries around the world. Lastly, famous places of different nations would be introduced. Children will be more aware of the geographical position of different countries categorized in different continents. Overall, Cultural Corner aims to train your kids to be a global citizen.
