I have been using the app for about eight months, and the experience has gotten worse the last three months: 1. The daily lessons are usually the same, and I am not getting any improvement or any points when I complete them 2. The league system is broken. Once you achieve the upper levels, the number of seats becomes limited, and you are obligated to spend hours every day or lose your place. I am really planning to stop the app.

Good app, but it keeps displaying the same lessons everyday, and it has bugs sometimes when it says that my pronunciation is not correct, because it only recognises American accent, like I can't says 'hEmbe'ge', I have to say 'hEmburrrgurr' And as for the response of the app,i can give another If you want : in one of my first lessons, I was meant to say hello in the American way 《heallow》 and when I said it "in british" : 《hellaü》, the "o" sound was written incorrect. Thank you🍃

I paid for an annual subscription, then suddenly Elsa stop recognizing my voice, no sound recording when i speak. The microphone worked well on other applications. I've checked the application permissions and Elsa is allowed to use the microphone, i don't see the reason why it didn't work on the application. I demand an answer from the dev or a refund as the application is useless

I want my money back!I received dozens of emails from you with discounts and responded to one of them. Then, I cancelled my subscription on my subscription renewal day and still got charged. I don't use this app anymore, and my refund issue was dealt with for almost 3 months, and still, the money was charged to my go account. £19.99 a month! Don't you think that's a bit much?

The AI speech recognition on Elsa got so sloppy that it quit having a relation to the the speech quality, making the app next to useless. I think that this has been tied to their strategy. They used to focus on the pronunciation of one word or part thereof, so they did a semi-OK job. Now they routinely process the quality of whole paragraphs and do that crudely. As others have mentioned, you routinely get a pointless "Move the microphone farther away" or something of that sort.

I realized that in the pronunciation exercises, the first time was always wrong, and the following attempts were "almost correct" even if I didn't make any changes in my pronunciation. I started saying different words from the exercise, and surprise! The first feedback was "incorrect" and the second one "almost correct." So, it's false that the app helps you improve your speaking skills. A total scam! 😡

The ELSA AI conversations in the main space are not refreshed, you complete them but they appear again and again. Also, It's a pity that conversations with AI, or the speech analyzer exercises don't add points! Those are valid exercises, sometimes even more demanding, challenging and take more time than the regular exercises, but those doesn't count at all!! Personally, that discourages me to doing them even though they are pretty good, and I think I am not the only one.

I purchased the pro version wanting to learn sentence structures and vocabulary in lessons progressing from easy to difficult, where I can type the answers. This app focuses too much on pronunciation, it only practices speaking long sentences. Even though I speak them, I don’t remember much. I'll come back to change the rating after improvements. It's misfocused greatly.
