Inaccurate. Following live tracking of an Ultra Trail run. Started well, but then athletes started disappearing on the live tracking, or simply being in the wrong place along the route, and dropping in the ranking, which I knew for a fact to be incorrect. Easy to use but needs quite a bit of work.

Doesn't work: the one thing it's supposed to do is update in real time the position of the runner. For a recent marathon (Seattle 2022) there were at least 7-8 timing mats, and my times were correctly recorded at each of them (from after the fact results), but this app published absolutely nothing in realtime for my partner to track. From asking other spectators it's clear that everyone had the same experience. Just a complete waste of electrons.

I was very hesitant to download this app based on the other 1 star reviews, but there must have been an update because it worked awesome! Love tracking was accurate with lots of details such as pace, splits, estimated finish time, and the map was very precise. Also, bonus points due to no account creation or password needed. Thank you, worked great

Live tracking doesn't work, which is probably the main feature of the app. The "Live Participant Tracking" button was there the day before the race, making it seem like it would work, but disappeared on race day. I gave it the second star because the app did show event information, but otherwise this app is useless.

Terrible! I tried this app for tracking the Manchester marathon and it didn't work at all for any of the six people in our group who had downloaded it. Gave it a second chance today - still doesn't work at all. Every time I go to the tracking page, nothing happens except my screen repeatedly flickers. Uninstalled for a second time.

This is easily the worst app I've ever downloaded to my phone. Cant follow race participants, none of the links work. Asks for a ton of personal information and notification settings for no reason. Refers users out of the app to the website at multiple locations. Tried removing account and even that button doesn't work. Please Google remove this from the store.

Installed this app to support racers. Tracking did not work for Seattle Marathon. Forced to create an account after I added runners to track the day before. Not ever likely to use your app for training if I can't support marathoners who've worked for months to prepare. Frustrating beyond belief to depend on this tool that's useless. Uninstalling. Do better.

Completely useless app and website. App keeps timing out when I try to search for an event. Can't find athletes when I search within an event on the website either, so issues are much bigger than problems with the app.
