Definitely a solid app, but it'd be great if when you untick the Marketing Promotion notifications ... The marketing Promotion notifications would back off. Even with it disabled you still get offers or reminders every couple days. They're extremely annoying and being unable to actually disable them puts me off the app significantly.

Worst app imo. Never had so many issues with any other app. App 0/5 food 6/6. Every time there's an app update I get logged out, can't log back in, change my password, still can't log in. Signed up with my second email, same again. Signed up with my husband's email, able to log in but won't save my card, can't save any payment method, can't place an order.

This app was bad years ago but thought maybe they had fixed it... Sadly no. Really bad. Redoing past order didn't show item names in the order list, just additional ingredients or sauces. Couldn't choose individual items from past order, only whole order. Managed to remove some items from past order but it stopped working and wouldn't delete others. Refereshing the order page made an 'invalid integer' error come up. And at that point we gave up and got a lap top to do it!

Stylish app but crashes a lot on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Note (Android 9 (non-rooted)). Crashes every time I click on Notification Settings in my profile and once during ordering (although it did hold state when I relaunched it). The real time order tracking, ability to provide detailed delivery instructions and selectable delivery time are stand out features for me. Hope for a more stable version soon!

Neat little app but I think needs a lot more bug testing (totally understandable considering it's new). Had an infinite loading screen when I placed my order but luckily checked my account after reading someone else's review where they were charged twice after encountering a similar issue. Had trouble removing a dip from my order (tried swiping - both directions - but it just kept adding more dipping sauce haha. Hit Back on my phone and was able to add the side+desired dip with no further issues.

Before and after most recent update, every order gets stuck in a loop, asking if you want contactless delivery, then asking what card details, entering the card details, then asking if you want contactless delivery.. repeats forever, regardless of what options are chosen. It's not the end of the world since can use other means, but is definitely a waste of space.

When I was submitting my order, the selection reset to pick-up when I intentionally had picked delivery and had put the provided free delivery voucher code in (the only reason I downloaded in the first place!), so i had to call the store - luckily they were friendly and polite but I still had to have them cancel the order and I had to order again despite there being no difference in cost with the voucher - I will be watching to see if my refund for the cancelled order comes through or not and how long it takes as it is a Saturday (and if I did not have enough money like when I was a student, then I would NOT have been able to submit a second order prior to being refunded so that is very inconvenient). It is misleading as well where it implies you can edit or change the order after the fact (for instance switching to delivery - this absolutely should be an option for convenience sake) but the app will charge you for a whole new order if you actually hit submit after the review of an existing order. Edit: 4 days later no refund so i rang the store (again very helpful staff) but it turned out i had to give my back account details for them to refund manually rather than reversing it to the credit card I had used, which I was also not originally informed of and nobody had taken my details in the first place. There was no follow up at all. I am very disappointed. This inconvenience was caused by the app, I have reduced my rating accordingly.

Subscribed as new user on mob app and realized it didn't show me options for pick up or delivery after payment. Checked order and it was set to pick up. There was a tab that you could slide across to turn it onto delivery, but after I submitted it. It doubled my order with one pick up and one delivery. And charged me again. Albany store still hasn't refunded my 50 bucks after multiple phone calls...and almost a week later.
