This app is only for those consumers whose mobile numbers are registered. The problem is that you have no option to register mobile number with the consumer. Currently, as per your regulation, one needs to contact the concerned circle, which doesn't always become possible for many reasons. I think it would be better if you add an option in the app to Register & Update the number so that everyone can use this app.

Not able to login android version 8.1. After entering mobile number in login screen the loader keeps on spinning. No otp page shows. Some issue in api please check for backward compatibility after new updated apk build. Not everyone can afford new mobile year on year.

Worst app ever. I logged in several times but it failed. I re-entered my consumer number, then in shows " Something went wrong". What the hell is going on in the head of the Government. This app really needs a maintenance, but those crooks do not efford it. PLEASE GO THROUGH MY REVIEW AND DO SOMETHING GOOD.

I am sorry for being unable to meet your requirements as I was used to the earlier version of the App. I was having no problem with recharge of my account so far. But now I am not sure how to go about it, like finding the balance, recharging my account etc. I will be grateful if I can have the same old facility for maintaining my account please. Thank u.

The app shows wrong usage data. One day it shows for 3.5 units Rs 50.45 was deducted, another day for the same 3.5 units Rs 40 was deducted. Th problem is not with the app alone, but with APDCL too. They are not at all transparent with their consumers. While installing the smart meter they said it's free of cost, but they are secretly deducting Rs.10 per day for 365 days, that is a total of Rs 3650. will have to be paid by the consumers in addition to their normal electricity bill.

Good to see the development of this app. Now this is almost a perfect app but, My suggestion is to make a user friendly UI for payment because the typical gateway is very outdated. sometimes, for a old person who is not much familiar with this UI, it's very hard to do payment.

The app works great overall, but it would be really helpful if there was an option to view the complete payment history. Currently, only recent transactions are available, and it would be much better if users could access all past payments for better tracking and record-keeping. Please consider adding this feature in future updates.

Worst app to be developed. The money is deducted from my account but it is not shown in the app(transaction history). It has happened twice and still no refund.
