The system is not friendly to non-thai foreigner at all, first the payment interface is partially English and it mentioned that the credit/debit payment to be made in 5 mins but I only spent like 5 seconds to fill in details and still, I've been kicked out for more than 20 times. The card shall at least be locked for few minutes, so unreasonable.

This is the most difficult reservation platform I ever experienced all my life. They allow people to simply sit on up to 4 seats for minutes, blocking others who is ready to proceed checkout. Unlike other app that we can still select open seats concurrently until someone pays for them. I had to give up eventually.

This app is very hard to use. It told me to update app to latest version even I already update it. . The reservation system has no queueing. When I try to tap at the seat but nothing happened. . The website also constantly display error and let the user re-login
