I've been trying to login but it just won't load. I tried to uninstall, reinstall, reset my password but everything just fails. Imagine being one of the top fast food chains in the word and you have a terrible app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS. WASTE OF SPACE. What a joke. LMAO

Please fix bug. "Delivery on its way" notification is still up, been a few days now. But already received the order, no issue. I can't find an option to click to indicate I received the order.

So I ordered a meal last night at around 7 PM and I used my Maya account for the mode of payment where they charged it automatically. I woke up at around 10 PM but after three hours, the app shows that my order was still being prepared and I was so pissed for the terrible service that I experienced. What's funnier this morning is that when I checked the app, it shows that the order was completed but I have never receive the order nor a message or at least a phone call from you. What a scam!

They use external parties such as Grab to deliver orders, and it's taking so much longer. So disappointing, I though it was more convenient to use this app. So I would rather use other platforms to order.

I have a strong internet connection that can stream 4k in youtube and works well with other apps. But when I open this delivery app, for some reason it does not load any of the items. And when I got to place my orders and opens the cart/bag, it does not match the number of my order. Don't waste your time with this app. If you want to order food for delivery, just use the site from you browser, it works better than this app.

Poor Location... Can't pinned the exact address to deliver... I dont know why... They just have own location which are able tp be delivered. I tried my location to be pinned but cant pinned it. Its shows other address which is not mine. How can i pinned and edit my exact location.. why we cant pinned and add our real address on their app

Wanted to make a large order but it won't let me order ala carte. So I had to go to the store and order manually and since it's a large order I had to come in early and wait. Would be great if I can just order it on the app and have it delivered Plus if you order for an item in the morning it will make you choose from the breakfast menu even if it's scheduled for delivery by lunch time

The order goes to transit immediately, but after 1 hour and half of waiting, the order doesn't arrive, and my order is marked as an attempted delivery. Cancellation of the order is also hard as it requires using the livechat, but it really doesn't help in cancelling the order. I need to open the live chat numerous times before I get to cancel my order.
