Decent app. Good enough that I paid for the year subscription to get rid of annoying ads. Would be five stars except that when my phone broke and I had to get a new one, it's basically asking me to pay to get rid of ads again, despite my subscription being active and paid for. I shouldn't have to pay again for a subscription I already paid for. Will edit rating if I get my ad free subscription back.

Great app works well. Can hear very clearly. Good app. The app continues to work/play when you leave the app. I'm able to go to other apps and play on my phone while still listening to the scanner. I really like that. Also, you don't need to pay to use the app. At the beginning screen, it asks you what package you want to purchase, you can hit the back button, or look for the "x" on the screen, and it takes you off the payment page and to the stations! ITS FREE! only pay if u don't want ads!

only scanner app I've ever had or seen that had any channels or signals at or near the exact location where I live; which is in a remote rural area. Very small towns in every direction including mountains, trees and wooded area, as well as open areas for long distances of nothing but brown flats. All in all I'm very thankful to the makers and creators of this imparticular app!! P.S....This scanner also has excellent reception, is very clear sounding, no feed back,& the broadcast is amazing!!

This app is good for listening to my counties police radio communication, but only for the first 4 channels on they're walkie talkies, the other 12 (5-16) are not broadcasted on my counties radio communication. A fix for this issue, or some type of bypass implemented by the developer('s) would be ideal, and probably very beneficial in regards to the amount of downloads, positive ratings, and active users on this scanner app tremendously increasing! Overall, 4/5, very handy app.

I have enjoyed listening to this scanner. Other scanners are inferior. Today, the app kept stopping. This is the first time I have experienced any issues. I just uninstalled the app. I have cleaned all junk, restarted my phone several times. Now I will reinstall the app. It's been great to listen to other states where I have family. I do like listening to Radio Responders during the horrid weather events. Keeps me up to date. Thank you for such a great scanner program!

I don't like the music that will just start playing. Even if I shut the app down, the music keeps playing. I have to uninstall the app to get the music to stop. It's just the same thing over and over, kinda like being put on hold. It keeps playing when the stations are active. UPDATE: Reinstalled after not having for a while, and no more music playing, now today it started up again. Samsung Galaxy S20 fe 5g.

Has been working great for years and go to listen today, and it keeps closing. Uninstall and install again. Now you have to subscribe! What the heck....nope. It isn't worth all that. You don't even get all the depts in the city that it claims it has. EDIT: After they reached out to me, the app doesn't force close after I reinstalled it, and you can bypass a subscription for now. Hope it stays that way because this is the best scanner app since it doesn't stop playing when you go to another app.

I'm not happy with the app notifications. The scanner audio is good. What annoys me is the popup notifications can't be dismissed by a swipe. You HAVE to open the app. There are notifications from other areas than where I live that I don't need to waste time listening to, yet the Developer is trying to FORCE me to open the app. Other apps don't behave like this. So I turned ALL notifications from the police scanner off.
