Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it still will not play. Is there any way to fix this issue? I have a Samsung A52 and the software is yp to date. The app has always worked in the past, but in the past 3 weeks, it either crashes or once opened, will not allow me to play any features. Can anyone assist with this issue please?

The radio broadcast abruptly stops shortly after starting it and has been doing this for several months. I have tried every method i know of to correct the problem on my end including taking off the app and reinstalling on my cell phone....update,1/24/25 radio broadcast still stops shortly into sermon👎

App freezes and won't play if the home screen locks or you open another app (like notes or email). I have it set to play on top and doesn't make a difference. I love Dr. Stanley's teachings and hope you'll repair this issue because it makes it very challenging to use.

The apps keeps timing out or crashing during sermons and the radio. The only way to continue listening is to come completely out of the app and reopen it and start the sermon or radio again. There is not an issue with the TV sermons just daily sermons.

Absolutely love this App. A couple weeks ago while listening to a radio sermons, which I do daily. It stops olay about 5-7mins in. I have to restart the app and find my place again. Then it'll cut out right before the end. I un-installed the app and reinstalled it and the same problem is present. Please fix this bug. I tend it's the enemy. He wants me to get frustrated enough to stop listening. I want to recommend the app to my mom a new believer, but don't want her to have that experience.

Six weeks ago the app stopped sending notifications for daily devotions as it has done for over a year. All the settings are the same. I've uninstalled, reinstalled the app, checked my phone settings and the app settings, multiple times. I'm so frustrated. Not sure if the android update did something or more issues going on beyond my control.

Love the app. First learned of Intouch while in prison. Charles Stanley is a great man that deserves his teachings to still be broadcasted. BUT CAN WE PLEASE FIX THE BUGS
