The overall experience is pretty bad, you still have so long loading screens, the app is lagging, and you have problems even with replenishing your balance. Don't recommend.

The app doesn't provide any other languages beside Russian, the first time i had this SIM card was back in november 2021, it was working just fine, i had the unlimited data tariff, then they chagend it to 50gb per 500, and now it became 700 only for the 40gb or the 45 one. You should really take a step back and just think about these modifications that you did made in less than 2 years.The data doesn't last more than 15 days as if we ate it instead of using it. Your service is the worst 👎

Cat is not working. ZTE 20 smart, android 9, 4.53.0 black screen, then yellow screen frame blink for instant and interface. Disabling cat option shows shorter black screen and interface without yellow frame. Old interface was heavy but compatibility and worked on wide devices range. Can you please fix the cat? Старый интерфейс был более совместим что-ли, да тяжёлое, но работало везде и хорошо. Просьба пофиксить кота чтоб работал универсально на широком круге девайсов!

The app seems fairly good. But there is no option to change language, tat makes it difficult for international users. Adding english launguage will definitely improve the user experience and many more customers can be increased.

Could do better. I constantly see special offer notifications (like, increases redeem chances? Really?), overall loading is slow. No, not slow. It's SLOW. While on the operator network (it's a mobile operator app).

Never install anything from this company, as it can add unwanted paid services without your consent, steal your money and refuse to return it. This company added 3 different paid subscriptions to phone account of my close relative, none of them was requested or desired. Absolutely terrible!

#1) They called me and offered their fancy discount - 567 Rub/month. But they somehow forgot to mention that if you devide your payment into parts, then you pay 24.64 per DAY i.e. ~739 Rub/month. # 2) Other providers give you an opportunity to deposit amount of money you want, while BEELINE forces you to pay at least 100Rub. Important if you want to avoid situation such as in #1 #3) App is laggy. A little bit, but it's irritating, especially because I'm using their network while in app
