The app is pretty much useless. I called customer service, and I was waiting for 45 minutes. No one picked up my call. We pay a lot for their service, and they act disrespectful. Also, during the time I bought a phone together with the subscription, they advertised a watch that you will receive. 5 weeks later, I got nothing from them. I can't even see that I am on the waiting list for the watch in the app.

The app logged me out randomly and now it doesn't let me back in with email log in. I don't have a bank id so I can't log in with that either. I can log in on the browser (chrome) with the same log in details but not on the app. I tried to reinstall but nothing. Weird, this happened just one day to another. It was working perfectly before.

No English language available, if you want to be a good company, first learn to listen and communicate. English is a global language, please make app in English.

I like this apps but the only downside is after the update you cant see the date on mobilt bredband 30 dagar's expiration anymore which is you could before and i use it a lot. Everything else is fine. When you load or buy some of the services they provide ,it will load right away or fast.

This app is now pretty much unusable as it is impossible to log in without getting a timeout error message. You can try to ask for support, but that requires you to log in again. Fricking Catch 22! This is such a massive oversight! Previous reviews consider some of Comviqs current tactics as Scam, and I agree. What the hell happened to this company?!? Edit: Over a quarter later and the app automaticly logged me in after many restarts of the app. Super glitchy!

I had no problems with the app until the last update. Now the app refuses to even open; it constantly crashes on startup. I've tried restarting the phone, restarting the app, clearing the cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and whatever combination of the previous that I could think of, but it just won't work. The app is completely useless now. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10 Lite. Edit: the latest update on the app occurred on 4 June, which is the same update giving me issues.

This app is glitchy, and only in Swedish. It's strange that for a mobile company that advertises to travellers, they don't have English language translation available for their app. Makes it very difficult to use. I am also having trouble being able to call numbers outside Sweden, despite adding the ability to call across all EU.

2014: Barely works, can't change to personal password so it's hard to remember a password given by Comviq whenever the connection crashes and the app ask for login. Can't change the password on the site either. So I started to use the *111# service to check my balance. UPDATE 2024: I'm uninstalling the app until you get it together. Don't roll out an update before you test it. Now both on the app and on the web in my account are saying I don't have any numbers and mobile plans registered. 😂
