UPDATE: as of app version 3.6.4 it's working perfectly on Android 15 and connects just fine now, the issues below were on Android 14. * * * * * Original review * * * * * If your expecting customers to spend £200+ on a CS One then how about making a functional app? No matter how many times I try, I simply cannot get the charger to pair to the app! As a result this chargers additional functions are useless as I cannot access them without the app and is not much different compared to my MX5.

I try this app with CS One Very bad application. For me as a developer, this is not even alpha status. - Constant connection interruptions, even when standing directly in front of the device. - Faulty display in app: Sometimes only numbers can be seen and text is missing or incorrectly formatted. - Charging display sometimes still at the same value even after hours. This is the case with the device and in the app. And much much more...

Great products, awful app. I'm almost 6 months in, where I cannot even connect my device through the app. The persistent bluetooth connectivity issue have made using this app unnecessarily challenging. The app's failings have severely undermined its usability. I hope the developers will take this feedback seriously and act promptly to rectify these issues. Until then, I regretfully cannot recommend this app to others.

I don't know if it's the charger or the app that is the problem. I have a Njord GO. Tonight, I connected it to the car to charge, and when I opened the app, there was no charger there anymore. Tried to connect it again a couple of times, but the app can't find it anymore. And the car isn't charging either. Had problems before with the schedule. Every time I tried to change it or turn it off, the app freezes. After reinstalling the app I got the schedule changed once before it freezed again. 👎

I've had no issues with a CS One charger. Using Android v12 "Snow Cone" (on a Sony Xperia 5 II). I downloaded the app, created an account, switched on Bluetooth on my phone, connected the battery and switched the power socket on. On the app there is a plus button at the bottom to find/add a charger. It found it straight away and said there would be 4h until it completed. Job done and very easy. I would like to see more detailed info displayed about the battery though, if it's possible.

The worst app I have ever used. If you've bought a charger that uses this app: RETURN IT AT ONCE! Every single feature is broken and unreliable. The charge start/stop button is unreliable and the charge status indicator lies to you. You can never be sure that your vehicle is actually charging, and you WILL find your vehicle uncharged because of this app. They don't update it, so don't expect it to improve. It also requires internet connectivity to work, even over Bluetooth. Trash.

Connection was very hit and miss, Took a while to pair up.The charger has a firmware update reminder, but I found it impossible to load it up. It keeps referring to either, Charger Not Conected, or whilst attempting the firmware up date a warning sign of DFU UNIT DISCONNECTED! When I finally got the app connected the "6 hours to finish " on the app didn't tally up with the Device. You spend £220 on a state of the art charger and you get let down by App/ software issues.

Difficult to classify the app as smart or advanced - really only basic features to replace a simple LCD and a button on CTEK CS ONE... Could not update the firmware (did it with ancient Nexus5). Slow support. Lost options in the menu - wipe and reinstall fixed it. After latest update 2022.12.18 - can't select different modes!!!
